Hello Gandhi Philatelist,
Mali is a landlocked country in West Africa. Mali is bordered by Algeria on the north, Niger on the east, Burkina Faso and Côte d'Ivoire on the south, Guinea on the south-west, and Senegal and Mauritania on the west.
Mali honored Mahatma Gandhi by issuing his stamp in 1969 and 1978. I am not sure why large quantity of Mali Gandhi stamp F.D.C are selling under $15. This is my second blog post about Mali Gandhi stamp. Following is the first one.
