India 1900 VIC Postcard - Queen Victoria postcard with China FPO - postal history

Recently I saw India 1900 VIC CEF post card with China FPO sold for $399 by eBay seller "cmcstamps" based in California USA.

After looking this postcard I think it's very to easy make this kind of postal history and make money out of it as who knows what happened in 1901.!!

It's very easy to make RUBBER stamps (you need to make five)  and stamp it on any old postcard available on eBay or at local stamp exhibition.

In past I wrote how to make money by selling stamps.

http://gandhistampsclub.blogspot.com/p/15-steps-to-make-money-by-selling.html

This Queen Victoria 1900 India postcard has following rubber stamps. (CDS).

INDIA 1900 VICTORIA CEF POST CARD TIENTSIN CHINA FPO NO. 4 TO GERMANY VIA HONG KONG
FPO NO. 4 CDS 9 JULY 1901
BASE OFFICE CDS 10 JULY 1901
HONG KONG CDS 19 JULY 1901
BASE OFICE (HK) CDS 19 JULY 1901
WESEL DELIVERY CDS 19 AUGUST 1901
TRANSIT TIME OF ONE MONTH AND TEN DAYS FROM CHINA TO GERMANY VIA HONG KONG

Let me make sure I am not telling or teaching you how to cheat but this are the possibilities when you buy it so  BEWARE.

Postal history is nothing but Forgery or FAKE.!!

Following is confirmed that seller and buyer completed eBay transaction.

But this item is located in India.!!

So which government will get TAX ?

Seller "cmcstamps" will pay to Income Tax, VAT, Capital Gain Tax to Indian Government

OR

Seller "cmcstamps" will pay Fedral Tax, California Sales Tax  and Capital Gain TAX to respective agency in USA.

I think based on register location seller has to pay tax in USA. What do you think ?

In past I had similiar type of multiple rubber stamp postal history for $3000.!! Click following link to see this and understand what's are chances in postal history collection. It has 9 rubber stamps from multiple different countries.

Read more about FAKE OR FORGED 650  rubber stamp from Germany (Blum case).

Following India QV Universal Postal Union unused postcard is available under $10. So you can make lot of money by just making rubber stamp.!!

Do you think cmcstamps postcard is genuine ?

Still cannot decide then read following blog post which might help you.

Still not decided then my opinion is AVOID it all the cost.!! and have peace of mind instead of worrying you are buying Genuine material.!!!

To me all Gandhi Philatelic material available ( specially before 1950) looks FAKE or Forgery as it is very hard to find Genuine stuff and as new collectors (like me) wants to collect, so some greedy experienced collectors/dealers will provide  all of us as well as experienced collectors.!!

Still want to do research  then please read my other blog post and have fun.!!

By reading this blog post with all think link, will  you ever trust this postmark cancellation even it is sold to me by some known person also ?

Don't you think POSTAL HISTORY is  very easy to FORGED or FAKED.?

Do you think cmcstamps has to pay tax to USA government bodies as seller is based in USA.?

What is your personal opinion about this India 1900 VIC Postcard - Queen Victoria postcard with China FPO ? (Genuine or FAKE)

My personal opinion this is FAKE. It's very hard to prove it as we don't know what happen in 1901.!!

But I can say seller that seller has to pay tax in USA as seller is based in USA. What do you think ?

Thanks

Meghdoot Postcard - Specimen India Postcard - Cricket stamps - Is it all FORGERY and CHEATING ?

We all know how to make money on internet by fooling collectors by FORGING rubber stamps and making philatelic collectible item.!!

Recently I saw more than 20 Meghdoot Postcard selling as SPECIMEN India Postcard by eBay seller "cricketstamps".

My personal opinion about this Meghdoot Postcard is one more example where you can make money by just making a rubber stamp of SPECIMEN and applying on postcard and make lot of money.

Spend only 25 paise on Meghdoot Postcard and sell it for 30000 paise ($5=300 Rupees=300x100 paise) by applying SPECIMEN RUBBER stamp.

Look at the return on investment if you just apply rubber stamp.!!

Don't it motivate to make this kind of money by just creating a rubber stamp and applying it on wide varieties of India postcards even though stamp collection is Declining or DYING.!!

http://gandhistampsclub.blogspot.com/2014/01/stamps-collection-dying-hobby.html

In past we had seen lot of forgery in Indian postcard selling as SPECIMEN postcard.

http://gandhistampsclub.blogspot.com/2014/01/specimen-postcard.html

(Following is some tidbit from the blog post)

If you make rubber stamps of "SPECIMEN" you can make lot of money by making FORGERY.!!

Yes Cheating collectors.!! Any way they are getting cheated .!! so they will not notice that they are cheated.!!

I think this is the easiest way to make money than selling  USED cover or REGISTER cover with  Gandhi stamps  because you need to create multiple things so prove it as genuine such

1) Overprint on stamp (SERVICE or SPECIMEN or Moon Landing)
2) Rubber stamp with Post office name (make it)
3) CDS from receiving post office. (it's rubber stamp)
4) Forgery stamp on cover (make it)
5) Register label (print it)
6) Find address (forged it)

You just  need one postcard and apply "SPECIMEN" rubber stamp on postcard and start selling as India SPECIMEN postcard.

Now compare following two SPECIMEN rubber stamp (taken from 1969 Gandhi Postcard from India) and you will notice both are different.!!

We had seen lot of SPECIMEN forgery stamps so it's not a big thing in stamp collection.!!

1) Gandhi SPECIMEN stamp (unknown country or no value printed)

Want to make money ?

Then buy following 105 Meghdoot Post card for $8 (click link to buy it) and start applying FORGED Rubber stamp on it and sell it for $5 per piece.

So you can make $550.!!!

Great ROI for $8.!!

Now you have to decide about following Meghdoot Postcard with SPECIMEN o/p overprint on it. Look at the quantity available for sale as if it's direct sale by P&T dept of India (eBay seller "cricketstamps").

After looking this much quantity of Medghdoot Postcard with SPECIMEN overprint, it looks like Meghdoot SPECIMEN overprint o/p postcard grows on TREE.!!

What to learn how to play Philatelic GAME then click following link to read my blog post.

1) Philatelic GAME.!!
2) Philatelic Greed !!
3) Stamp Collecting FACTS.

Also following are different ways to make money by selling stamps on Internet. (Of course is CHEATING!!)

1) Make money by selling SPECIMEN postcard
2) Make money by making RUBBER stamp
3) Make money by selling TRIAL PROOF waste by stealing it or by art using Photoshop.
4) Make money by selling FORGERY stamps
5) Make money by selling FORGED special cancellation from different cities.
6) Make money by selling FORGERY stamps as GENUINE.
7) Make money by selling BOGUS - never exist special cancellation
8) Make money by selling LABELS - forgery or bogus
9) Make money by selling FAKE or BOGUS First Flight Cover FFC
10 ) Make money by OVERPRINTING stamps.!!

SPECIMEN POSTCARD : Making money by selling postcards on Internet.!!

Disclosure :- This is only to educate collector how easy it is to get CHEATED so every collector should be aware of this kind of activity.

If you make rubber stamps of "SPECIMEN" you can make 3000 Rupees by making FORGERY.!!

Look at following screenshot and you can make $49 which will cost you 10 cents only.!!

INDIA INDE INDIEN INDISCHE - GANDHI GANDI GHANDHI GHANDI  10ps SPECIMEN POSTCARD

Looks like price came down by 100% in 16 months.!! Wait another 16 years and you will get at face value (10 Paise.!!).

Even if you sell as FORGERY it can get you around $7.!! which is still not bad compared to original price of making this. !! Following was sold as FORGERY SPECIMEN postcard.!!

"Now believed to be doubtful origin"

Following all 1969 Gandhi India postcard SPECIMEN  10 paise ( less than 1 cents) were sold as FORGERY for more than $7.!!

Each India SPECIMEN postcard was issued in 1969 with different theme such as Mahatma Gandhi Spinning Wheel, Mahatma Gandhi Outside his Ashram and Portrait of Mahatma Gandhi.

This SPECIMEN can be applied to other postcards also and you can make money.!!

Also this "SPECIMEN" rubber stamp you can apply on other thematic postcard  from other countries also. Might have to use different ink or might have to make another rubber stamp, but concept is same.

Sierra Leone 1 1/2d red King George VI KG VI postcard overprint specimen
Kenya Uganda Tanganyika 15c  King George VI postcard overprint specimen

You can also apply this SPECIMEN rubber stamp on Stationery items also.!!

Trinidad and Tobago stationery King George VI KG6 6c blue Registerd env SPECIMEN Size G.
St. Vincent KG5 stationery 3d Blue registered envelope Specimen Size J
Gold Coast KG5 Stationery 3d Brown registered envelope SPECIMEN
Gambia KG5 King George stationery 3d blue registered envelope SPECIMEN

Also apply on postcard from Nepal.!!

Nepal 4 paise "SPECIMEN" King's Crown khukri scarce postcard postal stationery
Nepal 8P  Crown khukri scarce SPECIMEN reply postcard

Don't you think you can make living by making this kind of forgery items and selling it on internet.

It will be very hard to get noticed because you are just making  one rubber stamp usage and no one know what is genuine or forgery or whether even SPECIMEN exist or not.!!

So go for it and show your skills.!!

Postcards-of-mahatma-gandhi - India stationary post card - Indien Bildganzsachen

Recently set of four 1951 Mahatma Gandhi Indian postcard with cancellation of October 2nd 1957 from Bombay G.P.O was sold for $3.

Chances of forgery is very high because it's easy to make rubber stamp and apply it on mint post cards.!!

Also this is very common practice in Gandhi stamps and Gandhi philatelic material so it's not surprise.

We all know how rubber stamps are forged and applied on postcards, as well as on envelope. You can make postcard with any date.!!

But sometimes this 4 postcards (Bildganzsachen) will be for sale for $254.!! and too without cancellation (rubber stamp)

This ( postcards-of-mahatma-gandhi - India stationary post card  - Indien  Bildganzsachen) sold by "elagen1" and bought by "speedbird1*" ( don't know why very desperate bidding at end, but this kind of activity is usual!!)

Do you think chances of shill bidding ?

Click following link to my blog post to learn about SHILL Bidding and apply to this blog.!!

But  this 1951 India postcards from eBay seller "sammlermarkenglueck" from Germany are on sale for $254 without cancellation.!!

Translate in English :-
"India from 1939 to 1944 with four unused postal stationery 9 P. green "Elephanta, Trimurt stone bust of the god Shiva" each with a representation of Mahatma Gandhi, two of the photos are ever printed on the back of stationary cards, the other two on the side of the value of temple see also scan. The map of 1944 "Mahatma Gandhi with the child in her arms" is a bit browned, but overall the whole things are not properly received, and completely unmarked! A very rare and popular group for which Mahatma Gandhi collectors a great opportunity to acquire this postal stationery!"

Now if you buy it at $254 you will regret whole your life.!!

Want to know more about India Post cards then please read following blog posts and understand what is going on in Gandhi stamps and philatelic collection and then apply it to your own thematic collection and it will be same thing.!!

India postcard - India max card

Hello Gandhi Philatelist,

I was surprised when I saw following 1951 India Postcard with First day cancellation of 1948 Gandhi stamps.!!

Not sure how 1948 first day cancellation on 1951 postcard ?!! It's a interesting India max card or maximum card.!!

We all know what kind of forgeries are available in 1948. If you are not aware of it then click on following link to read about it.

It's not only in 1948 Gandhi philatelic material such as register cover or used cover or SERVICE stamps and  first day cover, but also on all different thematic collection. It's very hard to find genuine because every where you see it's forgery.!!

Let me know what do you think about this India postcard or India maximum card?

Is it Genuine or Forgery.?

I am not sure about this but to me it looks like questionable with cancellation from Bombay G.P.O was applied to this 1951 Indian postcard!!

It was sold by ebay id "mintblock" for $54.!!

Don't you think it's easy to make money instead of selling MINT stamps.!!

If you see bidders list you will be surprised as 3 bidders bidded on this item and some of them are very well known bidders (specially for Gandhi stamps and other British India stamps).

a***u(405)
t***8(3228) --> well known bidder
1**b(13)

Read some of interesting blog post to see how CHEATERS are working to get your money by selling forgery or Bogus gandhi stamps.!!

1) Philatelic FAKE and FORGERIES.
2) FAKE AERO PHILATELY Covers.
3) Stamp collection CHEATING.
4) Stamp Collection Value
5) Stamp Collecting Facts
6) China stamp collection value.
7) First AirMail Post
8) World First Flight Cover
9) Greatest Stamp Collection Scandal
10) Biggest stamp collection SCAM
11) SCANDAL in stamp collection
12) How to increase stamp collection value

Do you really think this is worth $54 ? (I dont' think so)

Do you think it's forgery (Yes it is forgery postcard.!!)

Do you really think eBay got commission on this sale?

Do you really think Buyer paid to seller ?

Not sure how 1948 special Jai Hind cancellation is on 1951 postcard is possible, but this is Gandhi philatelic were anything is possible.!!

Thanks

India Post Card - Gandhi Specimen Postcard

Hello Gandhi Philatelist,

Recently I saw Gandhi Specimen Post Card and too me it looks like a rubber stamp to just make money from you.

Following is Indian Post Card issued in 1969 and it has SPECIMEN printed or rubber stamped on it.

There is no way you can find out whether SPECIMEN is Genuine because there are almost none  and here we are seeing everywhere because we all want to make our collection unique than others and that's why we are seeing this kind of material.

Certain philatelic handbook, magazine, website, exhibit will display this postcard,  that does not means  it's collectible item, as they even don't know whether it's Genuine and everyone is in business to sell their product so why they care.!!

Don't follow or buy any magazine, website or books (even my blog too.!!)  as all wants to be part of glorification and no one cares whether it's genuine or fake.

Use you own instinct and imagination and think about all possibilities can happen and you will be safe.!! First of all you need to think Gandhi Philatelic is BOGUS and then you move up.!!

Want to do more research about India Postcard then please read my other blog post about "Gandhi 1969 Postcard : Why you will quit Gandhi Philately.!!"

Following is comparison between my previous blog post images and current blog post images and to me both are different.!! It's a way off.!!

They don't need different SPECIMEN rubber stamp !!

Now you decide which one is Genuine and which one is FAKE.? (one seller is from Germany and other is from India.)

Or

Both are Forged.?

Or

There might be multiple (3-4-5) Forgery Specimen post card like we see 1969 cancellation from Burma, Fiji, Luxembourg, Czechoslovakia etc !!

It's easy to make money on this kind of material because it does not cost too much and even if only one item is sold you will be in profit.!!

This 1969 India postcard original price is 10 paise (0.10 Rupee) and after this SPECIMEN printed, it's price is increased to 500000 paise (5000 Rupee), so think about profit of margin.!!!

Why just sell regular postcard.!!

So it's nothing but a SCAM or Philatelic Game you have to play it not collect it.!!

Recently on eBay seller "acp-india" was selling following postcard with description of - India Inde Indien Indische - Gandhi Gandhi Ghandhi Ghandi SPECIMEN Postcard Post card which was selling for $99.!!!

There are lot of other India Post Cards available with different type of SPECIMEN with different type of ink.!!

So my fellow collectors stay away from this kind of material and don't worry about making it unique or rare item collection, other wise it will be completely unique.

Thanks
Gandhi Stamps Club.

20th Anniversary of World Aids Day special cancellation on Gandhi Postcard from India - Is this Official World Aids Day special cancellation from India Postal Service ?

Hello Gandhi Collectors,

World AIDS Day, observed on 1 December every year, is dedicated to raising awareness of the AIDS pandemic caused by the spread of HIV infection. Government and health officials observe the day, often with speeches or forums on the AIDS topics. Since 1995, the President of the United States has made an official proclamation on World AIDS Day. Governments of other nations have followed suit and issued similar announcements.

I was looking to add something related to Gandhi and Aids in my collection and I came across India Gandhi Postcard with  special cancellation issued on 20th Anniversary of World Aids Day in 1-12-2008.

I have no doubt about Gandhi Postcard but when it comes to special cancellation I start shivering.!! because I have seen lot of FAKE, Forgery and questionable Special Cancellation in Gandhi Philately, so I question this special cancellation issued for 20th Anniversary of World Aids Day (1998 - 2008).

I searched for more information about this special cancellation from India, but I did not find any useful information. So I am not sure whether this is Official Special Cancellation  on Gandhi Postcard or just regular rubber stamp on Gandhi Postcard?

Also there is no special cancellation available on (ebay.in) eBay India.!! which is also strange as you will see lot of postcards for sale but not with this special cancellation.!!

Currently wide variety (different theme) of this Gandhi Postcard with AIDS special cancellation is available on ebay.com from seller "staucy62" for $6. Of course there is  someone who bought this special cancellation.!!! ( I hope buyer did research before buying it.!!)

If you see following screen shot you will know that various Gandhi Aids and Cancer postcards are available without cancellation for very cheap on ebay India so I am not sure whether this is RARE special cancellation.?

I can buy following postcards and make my own rubber stamps and start stamping on this postcards.!!!! so I want to make sure what I am buying. Whether this is official cancellation from India Post or just another kind of hobby DIY (Do It Yourself).

It's easy to make rubber stamp. Download logo from UNaids.org or google images, then go to any local rubber stamp vendor or on internet and create your design and next 2-3 days you will get your rubber stamps and start your work.!!

As usual I’d be very grateful if blog readers could assist me in nailing this one. (Same way like reader "koolcals" helped me to find FAKE Mauritius Cancellation.!!)

Please let me know if you have more information about this cancellation so I can add this in my collection if it is indeed Genuine cancellation.

I emphasis on research before I buy any item in Gandhi Philately otherwise I have to regret like some of my past purchase.!!

Very nice cancel with usage of Logo/Emblem of United Nations. Permission from United Nations is required in order to use their Emblem. This is similar to using Emblem of India

By using UN logo it does not make it Genuine.!! One need to have permission to use. Check this  link to see who can use it.   http://www.un.org/MoreInfo/guide   (item #10)

Someone should have information about this special cancellation as they have to get cancellation from India Post or if it at there place then they have to pay 1500/3000 Rupees in 2008 and also needs to take permission to use UN Emblem.

So if it is Genuine then some local philatelist or club or government official will have something which can proof it is Genuine.
http://www.indiapost.gov.in/netscape/philately.html

I request all fellow collectors and well wisher if you have any info about this special cancellation please send it to me or comment in this blog so all Gandhi collectors as well as some other topical thematic collectors will also benefit by adding in their collection with peace of mind and they don't have to worry about any Fake item.!!

Again thanks for reading and  please share your thoughts in the comments section.

So what do you think about all this Gandhi postcard with special post office cancellation?

Do you think anyone can make it.? (It easy to make rubber stamp.!! FORGED)

Also don't think price are this high. According to me it is nothing but glorification of Gandhi stamps so new collectors get cheated that this is one which they needs to collect for investment.!!

I have some of the this private used cover with 1948 Gandhi stamps including FAKE or FORGED Nepal Indian Embassy Cancellation First Day cover with 1948 Gandhi stamps and I learned a lot from that and I am trying to aware everyone.

It's not only in 1948 Gandhi stamps from India but also from Nicaragua, Panama, Madagscar and lot more.!!

1) Nicaragua FAKE First Day Cover with Gandhi and Einstein Stamp.
2) Madagascar Forged FDC with Gandhi stamps.
3) Fake cancellation on Panama Gandhi Stamp to make private First Day Cover.
4) Forged 1948 Gandhi First day cover with stamps from India.

So think before you buy. Just don't buy if any philatelic magazine, book or website praise about it to glorify Gandhi philatelic material. It's in your hand.!!

So how can we even trust all the philatelic material with stamps from India. To me it all looks BOGUS to make money from collectors by selling lot of FORGED in 1948 Gandhi Philatelic used covers, register cover and even First Day Cover.

So what do you think about Gandhi postcard from India with special cancellation on Worlds Aids Day.?

Thanks

Gandhi Stamp 1969 India Postcard SPECIMEN - Why you will quit Gandhi Philately or Stamps Collections - Part-4

Hello Gandhi Collectors,

This is my part-4 blog post about "Why you will Quit Gandhi Philately"

(THINK HOW EASY IS TO PRINT and you decide.)

Recently I saw "SPECIMEN" 1969 India Gandhi Postcard (PS). If you want to make your collection unique and add some value to it this is great item because SPECIMEN are made very limited numbers.

Now looking to this "SPECIMEN" rubber stamp it looks like me it's very easy to make one and stamped it on any 1969 Gandhi postcard and you will get  a "Gandhi SPECIMEN" postcard. Cool!! Same way you can find it on FAKE cyprus Gandhi Specimen Stamp.

Please click to see FAKE Cyprus Gandhi  SPECIMEN stamp!!

Now according to me if you buy this kind of philatelic material without  "Certificate Of Authenticity" and paying  more than 10$ then YOU WILL QUIT GANDHI PHILATELY.!!!

(Click this link to read blog post by Maulik Thakkar more about how to Authenticate your philatelic material )

Reason for this is that you are paying high price of commonly available under $1 which will not justify your investment or when you will know this that this is FAKE you will start loosing interest.

Please look at following  link by  Howard Courtney and think what about this and you decide.

http://friends.peoria.lib.il.us/community/howardcourtney/indianpostalstationeryerrors.html

Let us know what do you think about this SPECIMEN and Does it make sense to collect.!!

I know some of you already know about this are aware of this kind of items but some new collectors or future collectors will be not aware of this past activities so I am documenting this which might help to them instead of just me.

If you have more information then please share with us.
