We all know how stamps are sold on eBay. If you don't know then learn all tricks of trade, so you can avoid CHEATING in stamp collection buying and there is nothing like most valuable stamp value except very few for which you want to know "what is stamps collection worth"
You will be cheated by one of the following ways, so BEWARE or CAUTION about it by making it FALSE most valuable stamp
- There is lot of SHILL bidding to increase price
- Buyer don't pay to seller after winning it in order to increase price.
- Selling FORGERY as genuine
- Shipping forgery after selling genuine stamps.
- Buyer did not received stamp even though they got it.
So what you see pricing is not always correct indication of most valuable stamp value.
Also what you read in Philatelic HANDBOOKS or Online Exhibits are also not correct as there is lot of incorrect information deliberately provided to readers so they will buy some forged materials.!!
Also don't think winning medal exhibits provide correct information, because some times philatelic judges also don't know or they don't want to oppose the exhibitor (as he/she might be well known). This think is specially happens in India, so don't follow Award winning exhibits.
Also self exhibition during special cermony is a great marketing tool to provide incorrect information so avoid that also.

Following is most valuable stamp of Gandhi which was issued in 1948 by India. It was sold on March 27, 2014 by UK eBay seller "Collstamps" for $106 (64 UK pounds).
Not sure whether this Genuine or Forgery stamp because it's very hard to find out unless you get stamp in your hand and if you don't see it throughly after buying you might have piece of paper(colorful).
You will read in blogs or philatelic website or stamps forum about pricing of this 1948 stamps as $400 or $500!!
Click following link to read my blog post about India Gandhi 1948 Stamps value and you will surprised what is asking price ($1200, $800, $600) , # of offers (8 offers), Large quantity (10 pieces) available etc, which is nothing but forgery and bogus stuff.

But according to me it's all glorification to sell their stamps.!!
Following is the detail of stamps bidding where 14 stamp bidders were bidding to buy this stamp !!
Do you really think all are genuine buyer who are really interested.? (It's FREE to bid, It's Free to open account.!! and no one puts you in jail if you don't pay.!!)
Forgery stamps are available in all expensive item. Any thing above $20 will be forged because it's lot of money for 3rd world countries, so people can make living by just selling FORGERY as genuine !!
Following is Facsimile stamp selling for under $10. What are chances of getting like this.!!
You will not find any difference.!!
In past I wrote blog post about this kind of REPLICA or FACSIMILE stamps which will give you idea about most valuable stamp value : what is stamps collection worth so read it carefully and understand what's going on.

http://gandhistampsclub.blogspot.com/2014/03/rare-stamps-king-george-stamps-kg-v.html
Recently I saw rare stamps of Morrocco Agencies overprinted on King George - KG V stamps selling for around $180 and I thought what are chances of this are Forgery.!!
Reason for this conclusion is that there are wide varieties of FORGERY rare stamps of King Geroge stamps or KG V stamps are available on eBay.
There is a great push by group of experienced collector to sell forgery as genuine by Glorification of stamps through online stamp exhibit, philatelic website, blogs etc as an Investment in stamps.!! with help of financial advisor and other auction house.
These experienced collectors turn dealers - turn online/offline stamp exhibitor - turn philatelic judges or whatever they turned in - they will try to make money by displaying original image of stamps but they might send you different stamp which might be replica or copy or facsimile.!!
If you don't pay attention when it arrives you will be CHEATED.!!!
But reality is different as stamp collecting hobby is DYING.!!!
And if you don't want to DIE DUMB then please read all or some of the blog post which will explain you what's going on in stamp collection or philately world.!!
Why I am writing this because I was cheated by seller on eBay and declampe as there was no information about SHILL bidding or Forgery stamps or forged or bogus philatelic material with rubber stamp.
So I decided let's educate others with knowledge I gained.!!
Also forgery stamps are available at very cheap under $5 and you can sell it for $180.!! Lot of money can be made so it's motivating to sell forgery as genuine.!!
Don't you think you love money.!! so if $5 can make you $180 then why not give it a try.!! It's free to list on eBay so you don't have to spend any money to sell.!!!
Pay commission to eBay only if someone is cheated by buying this stamp.!!
One can easily cheated if they are not aware of this Forgery stamps selling as Replica or Copy or Facsimile stamps and get piece of paper instead of rare stamp.!!
I am not expert so I cannot tell whether this Morrocco King George Stamp or KG V stamps is genuine or forgery, so it's up to you to decide because expert certification are also forged.!!
If I have to buy it I will avoid it, because it's nothing but a big SCAM.
