Night Air Mail - INDIA FFC - SLOGAN COVER - Airmail cover

Recently I saw INDIA  FFC -  SLOGAN COVER and I was surprised that there was FFC on Sunday with Slogan or cachet on it.!!

January 30, 1949 was Sunday.!! All post office including postal administration is closed.!! So don't know who was working on that.!!

Postal Office administrator or Stamp Collector or Stamp Dealer.!!

This is nothing but BOGUS (never actually issued or flown.). Just create rubber stamp and apply on any cover and claim as First Flight Cover or FFC.!!

It is nothing but to make money because it was issued on January 30, 1949 which was first anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi death Anniversary.

Nice day to make money.!!!

There is no way you will know truth about this cover because who know what happen in 1949.!!

Now look at this cover was sold for $124 by eBay seller "melbournestamps" from Australia and 7 bidders were interested in this.!!

I hope eBay got commission on this and Australia government got Capital Gain Tax.

Do you think eBay and Australian Government got any money from this auction ?

Reason for this kind of questions comes in mind because I had seen FAKE bidding (when friends or family member bids on it or DIY with other eBay id)  to increase price so some new collectors can see it's really great hobby.!!

Also FAKE bidder don't pay and seller cancel the transaction with eBay so don't have to pay commission.!!

Looks like lot of interest in this INDIA  FFC -  SLOGAN COVER - Airmail cover. There were 7 bidders bidding for this.

If you see above screen you will surprised that one of the bidder is bidding 91% on this seller.!!! and bidding on 43 items with 82 total bids in 30 days.!!

Do you bid on 43 items ?

Do you bid 91% of your total auction on one seller ? 

Do you think this might be some kind of SHILL bidding ?

Also post office postmark which are not applied on stamps are also forged from Allahabad post office dated 18 February 1911, as well as Sitapur post office.

There is no difference between First Aerial Post, U.P. Exhibition Allahabad 1911 and all of the above rubber stamp postmark and cachet.

Stamp collection cheating - Shill Bidding - Fake Bidding - Not Paying to Seller on eBay Auction - Apple Samsung card

Recently I read that Apple employee "Sam Sung" business card was sold for $2200+ but there were Shill Bidding or Fake Bidding up to $80200!!

Following are bidders who bidded for this item but used FAKE bidding to increase price even though all money was going to charity.!!

So what are chances of FAKE bidding or Shill Bidding or Not Paying to seller happening in Gandhi stamp and philatelic material.

I think there are lot of chances.!!

Stamp collection cheating is happening using

• Shill Bidding
• Fake Bidding
• Not Paying to Seller

What I saw in past that this is happening in every Gandhi stamp auction.!! By doing this some collectors and dealers are benefiting by increase price of Gandhi stamps even though stamp collection is declining and no one collect stamps anymore.

What you see in auction price is not real pricing or popularity of stamps but it's false hope of riches by glorifying stamps.!!

Above is BOGUS (never exist) rubber stamp but there are chances of  Stamp collection cheating by Shill Bidding or Fake Bidding  or Not Paying to Seller on eBay Auction  of Gandhi stamps used cover from Lucknow "Sabko Sanmati De Bhagwan"

It is selling as "slogan cancellation" or "special cancellation" issued on Gandhi 1st death anniversary on 30 January 1949 which was Sunday.!!

On Sunday all government department including postal department are closed.

So it does not make sense special cancellation was ever issued on that date!!  

This is nothing but BOGUS rubber stamp.!!

But still it sold for $149!!

Do you really think above is genuine price and eBay shareholders are getting benefits of this transaction ?

Overprint stamps - 1948 Gandhi SERVICE stamp selling are BOGUS ?

 Recently on eBay I saw a letter with magazine cutout and  one 1.5 annas Gandhi SERVICE stamp sold for $400 by eBay seller  "rohit98103" from India.

After reading this letter I am surprised how a stamp collector/dealer was selling Gandhi SERVICE stamp 60+ years ago ?

As per unofficially documents from web or handbooks or exhibit this stamps were specially printed for use by Governor General in 1948 and there after.

So how it was selling by some private collector/dealer for 15 Rupees.!!

Looks like in 1948/1949  collector/dealers were making lot of profit upto 1000% by just overprinting  on 1 1/2 anna stamp (15 paise or 0.15 rupees)  and selling as Gandhi SERVICE stamp in very short period.!!

Now don't you think that Gandhi SERVICE stamps were STOLEN from Indian government  or are the FORGERY or Bogus stamps ?

This letter was send to Indian collector who was not even aware of Gandhi SERVICE stamp and he was willing to pay for this.!!

To me it looks like SUSPENSE.!!

Even the following article don't know whether it's official or not. They have to believe to some collectors/dealers and also from used stamp.!!

"Now it is definitely known that several sheets each of the 1 1/2, 3 1/2 and 12 annas were overprinted with the word SERVICE"

Why can't they did not research directly to Postal Administration or Governor General PO about the authenticity of this OVERPRINT SERVICE stamps. ( because it was not overprinted in lower value stamps).

To me all 3 lower value stamps with OVERPRINT are nothing but BOGUS stamps and everyone who has it needs to make more research about it.

Don't follow some stamp exhibit or handbooks as they are the one who might don't know (or might be aware of it) the truth and might publish it or won medal.!! (Award winning exhibit).

Then what are all with Expert Certificate ? (They don't any liability and it's just opinion like mine.!!)

It's a BIG SCAM.!

After thinking more this Gandhi SERVICE stamp may not even exist.!! (I am only thinking.!!)

What are chances of non existence of this stamp ? ( I think there are lot of chances, God knows what happen in 1948 or 1949!!)

It might be idea of some clever collector who might want to give a ride to everyone.!!

10 Rupees Gandhi SERVICE stamp is officially issued but not enough quantity so they decided let's make it something like that for similar with lower value stamp.!!


But you can find Genuine copy of used Gandhi SERVICE stamp as all are FORGED and then shill bidding to make it expensive so others will think this are real stamps and cancellation on piece of paper and even also on envelope. All is BOGUS.!!

India to Switzerland 1949 cover BOMBAY R.M.S Gandhi stamps

We all know how bogus philatelic material is made and sold by displaying in stamp exhibit or increasing price by SHILL bidding so collectors will think it's genuine and it's appreciating, but it's nothing but false hope of riches.!!!

Following is one of them with "Sabko Sanmati De Bhagwan" which was made on SUNDAY January 30, 1949 to celebrate first death anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi.

Also post office in India are not opened on Sunday and no postal administration work such as issuing such a important special cancellation will not be done from such post office and only from one city.

To me it looks like this was not issued by Post and Telegraph department of India, because they generally use G.P.O (General Post Office) for this kind of events, but instead this has postmark from Bombay R.M.S post office.!!

Also it would make more sense if it was issued from Delhi where he died not Bombay.!!

After looking this Bombay R.M.S rubber stamp it looks forgery or stolen from post office during that time and it has been applied on Gandhi philatelic material as needed basis.!!

In my last 4+ years, I had seen more than 100 with this Bombay R.M.S rubber stamp, not only with January 30, 1949 date but all kind of different dates!!.

Don't you think it's easy to make money by selling stamps ?

If you sell just 1948 Gandhi stamps no one will buy it, but if you affix this stamp on cover and apply rubber stamp you can get very good return instead of selling stamp which might not even find buyer.!!

Now you need to decide about following  3 example of BOMBAY R.M.S  which were recently sold on eBay for $90, $54, $51, out of which two nice cover were send from India to Switzerland and one nice cover was send to Guntakal. (Looks like eBay shareholder are benefiting from this kind of sale, as they will get commission on it.!! Do you think they get commission ?)

Seller did not mention about "Sabko Sanmati De Bhagwan"!! and only mentioned as NICE COVER.!!

Do you think it's nice cover  if you don't know date and what it means to Gandhi Collectors.!!

On 12/29/13 Bombay R.M.S rubber stamp postmark with "Sabko Sanmati De Bhagwan"  "India to Switzerland 1949 nice cover with Gandhi" for $90 from eBay seller "groebli"

Three cover were sold by "groebli". Out of three 2 were mailed to Switzerland one  to Guntakal, India.

So not sure  how cover sent to Guntakal end up with seller in Switzerland ?

To me this will make more chances of BOGUS as it was not mailed at all.!!

On 9/1/2013 this  "India to Switzerland 1949 nice cover with Gandhi 3 1/2"  was sold for $51 from eBay seller "groebli"

On 6/30/2013 this  "India 1949  nice cover with Gandhi 1 1/2"  was sold for $54 from eBay seller "groebli"

Most Expensive Stamps - O.H.M.S covers

O.H.M.S., is short for On Her Majesty's Service or On His Majesty's Service (depending on the sex of the reigning monarch), is an official franking commonly seen on correspondence from government departments during British Rule in India as well as other countries where British were ruling.

Why handwritten O.H.M.S ?

Not sure why someone will write with pen O.H.M.S on cover even after 17+ months of India Independence from British.!! 

But my guess is by hand writing it they want to prove it's genuine and make it one of the most expensive stamp in Gandhi stamp collection.!!

This kind of thing happens when you do some thing wrong and keep some proof which will help to find the mystery.!! 

This cover was send by C. Rajagopalachari  ( a very simple person) who was first governor general of India from June 1948 until 26 January 1950 but not a British official employee. So why O.H.M.S is hand written on it ?

There is a rubber stamp of his name on the cover.!!  But dealers/collectors greedness is destroying C. Rajagopalachari's  image.!!

Now this O.H.M.S philatelic cover was for auction starting at $69,000 or 50,000 Euros.!!! If it was sold than it will be one of the most expensive stamp collection item.!!

O.M.G!! Don't you think you just need one of this cover (expensive stamp) so you can live your whole life easily!!! It's almost 40+ Lakh rupees Indian money (40,00,000 Rupees or 4 million Rs.!!)

You can make one and try to make money.!! (Just Kidding.!!)

Do they look similar even though it was piece of paper from same Governor General Office.!!

Do they look similar when you compare quality and type of paper used by Governor office.!!

Look at the quality of printing of OHMS (On His Majesty's Service) on covers!!

To me all 3 look different and it's very hard for me think as Genuine, so I will consider all 3 are forged and of course I will not consider most valuable postage stamp.!!

3) Compare O.H.M.S - On His Majesty's Service (type and size of alphabets, printing quality etc), of Gandhi SERVICE  covers with following similar 1940 covers from India.

Gandhi SERVICE stamp is one of the most glorified stamp as Investment in stamps and that's the reason it is most valuable postage stamp in Gandhi stamp collection and Gandhi Philatelic collection.

Because of this glorification of most valuable stamp, it is also one of the most forged stamp and forged rubber stamp post mark of Governor General Camp PO.

Also chances of getting forged stamps on piece of paper  of cover is very high  in your collection as alternate investment in stamps.!!

Also you will get false advice from your financial consultant or even famous stamp collector friends will try to convince you to make investment in this most valuable stamps on piece of paper.!!

So BEWARE.!! My main goal is to educate new collectors who don't know what tricks and technique this dealers/collectors use in order for their own self interest.!!

Now let's compare following three images and decide whether it is most valuable postage stamp or it's most forgery stamps in entire history of stamp collection.!! You have to decide by finding which one is genuine and which one is forged ? 

There are 2 possibilities in this most valuable postage stamps, which are

Compare O.H.M.S - On His Majesty's Service (type and size of alphabets, printing quality etc), of Gandhi SERVICE  covers with following similar 1940 covers from India.

We already know that Governor General Camp PO rubber stamp is available as forgery as well as SERVICE stamps are available as forgery.

Here we need to find out which alphabet is forged and depending on that we can guess which piece of paper is forged or Governor General cover is forged.

I am not expert so you don't have to believe it, same way Expertising Certificate from RPS and BPA mentioned  about there opinion of there certificate.!!

Everyone has different opinion, so it's up to you to think and decide about this by looking following detail from screenshot about this most valuable postage stamp of Gandhi with SERVICE overprint stamp on piece of paper or OHMS cover.

Following detail will give you some idea about this auction on eBay and Delcampe and you can do your own research.

1) It was Prestige auction on delcampe by "Gartnerauk" starting at $1100 for 2 piece of paper with Gandhi SERVICE stamp. One has "ICE" on the piece of paper.

I am not sure why Post & Telegram department gave inferior treatment to Mahatma Gandhi, when you compare with King George VI SERVICE stamp.!!

King George SERVICE stamp has printed "SERVICE" on stamp where as Mahatma Gandhi is overprint (with printer) "SERVICE" on the stamp.!!

2) Recently eBay auctioned ended on Dec 28, 2013 and sold by "arvindr" for $430. 

Do you think this is genuine transaction? (forget about genuine stamps and cancellation and piece of paper.!!)

3) Currently official cover with RPS certificate is available for $14500 or make a offer by "stamp_bay" on eBay.

What I read and known that Expertising certificate only ceritifed stamps, they don't ceritify used covers or rubber stamp post mark.!!

So stamps might be genuine but postmark, piece of paper or O.H.M.S cover might be forgery.

Did RPS verified

1) type of paper used on OHMS cover
2) type and size of alphabet of OHMS printed on cover
3) size of alphabet on cover

It's OK, as they only give opinion like me without taking any liability.!!

Also there were three more cover auctioned on delcampe  starting at $4144, $1350, $650 which will help you more to find more information about this O.H.M.S cover or piece of paper.

Now can you believe following 3 covers were mailed to different person were for sale at same time.!!! Is it rare or something else.!!

All three has rubber stamp with blue ink from "Private Secretary to the Governor-General". Now compare this with also with following genuine O.H.M.S cover with King George stamp and think about it.

4) Following is official forgery . (Most Expensive stamp or philatelic material if genuine will sold for million dollar as just mint stamp was sold for $200,000.!!)

$14,500 is lot of money. Out of total population of India 90% will not make this much money (900,000 Rupees or almost one million rupees) in their lifetime.!!

6) Compare O.H.M.S - On His Majesty's Service of Gandhi SERVICE  covers with similar 1940 covers from India. Look at the price of this covers and compare it with Gandhi SERVICE covers.!!! 

So if you want to make money don't use other stamps.!! Use 1948 Gandhi stamps otherwise there will be no buyers or you will not recover your expense.!! Look at the following cover which was sold only for 99 cents, even though it's genuine.!!

Looks like original O.H.M.S cover with genuine stamps of King George VI with BOMBAY postmark, but there is printing about who send this cover. "Superintendent, Office of the Secretary to the Governor of Bombay"
