Bhutan Embossed stamps : What a RIP-OFF pricing for stamp collection ?

Hello Ghandi stamps collectors,

We all know how seller/dealers try to make you fool or try to cheat you. When I saw $90 price tag for Bhutan Embosed stamp I cannot believe it that seller are still trying to fool collectors.

Following is one of the example were eBay seller "sydneystampcentre" is trying to reap money from your pocket.

He is selling Bhutan Embossed stamps of Churchill, Gandhi, Pope and others for $90.  This is nothing but reaping off collectors who are just new to stamp collection.

Also look at the incorrect spelling in title "Bhutan Embosed Heads Curchill, Pope, Ghandi" ? This is one more way to fool collectors!!

This stamps are unique but not RARE as it's available in large quantity right now at very nominal price and still there are no buyers.

http://gandhistampsclub.blogspot.com/2011/10/bhutan-gandhi-stamps-don-think-gandhi.html

So after looking price of $3 per set what do you think about this price of Bhutan Embosed stamps : Churchill - Curchill stamps and Gandhi - Ghandi stamps?

Don't you think it completely ripping off if you are not aware of what's going in stamp collection ?

Also look at the following screenshot where Germany eBay seller "allstamps4you" is selling embossed stamps first day cover for $47.!!

I am not sure whether this is Genuine or Forgery or Bogus, because this embossed stamp first day cover with April 22 date is not mentioned in Gandhi Handbook.

Not sure whom to believe as there are 2 different date first day cover available with Bhutan embossed stamp. One is with April 22 and other is April 17.

To me this look genuine but who knows what happened in 1972.?

It's not only in just stamps but FORGERY FDC with stamps are also available. If you are not aware of forgery  and bogus then click followign link to read my previous blog post.

http://gandhistampsclub.blogspot.com/2013/05/john-kennedy-stamp-jfk-stamp-winston.html

So now what do you think about seller and Bhutan Embosed stamps : Churchill - Curchill stamps and Gandhi - Ghandi stamps ?

John Kennedy stamp (JFK stamp) Winston Churchill stamps and Mahatma Gandhi stamp First Day Cover FDC from Bhutan

Hello,

Recently I compared 1972 Bhutan FDC with Kennedy stamp, Winston Churchill stamp and Mahatma Gandhi stamp and I was surprised!!!

Both this FDC have different date. One has 22 April and other has 17 April.!! Also both of them look completely different even though they are from same post office.!!

It's nothing new in Gandhi stamp collection that there are more FORGED philatelic material then genuine.!!

Please read my following blog posts about Forgery stamps, Bogus cancellation, FAKE bidders, Shill Bidding etc and understand what's going in Gandhi Philatelic and you will be ashamed of your collection as you are part of it.!! This is not only in Gandhi Philatelic collection but also in any stamp collection so beware of this kind of activity.

http://gandhistampsclub.blogspot.com/2012/05/cover-with-nepal-indian-embassy.html

http://gandhistampsclub.blogspot.com/2011/11/is-stamp-collection-hobby-scam.html

http://gandhistampsclub.blogspot.com/2012/10/gandhi1948.html

http://gandhistampsclub.blogspot.com/2013/02/gandhi-stamps-and-1948-jai-hind-special.html

http://gandhistampsclub.blogspot.com/2012/09/assem-trivedi.html

Now you have to decide which one is Genuine and which one is Forged.!!

This First day cover with John Kennedy stamp (JFK stamp)  Winston Churchill stamps and Mahatma Gandhi stamp was sold for only $10.!! It's amazing to see that all three are famous in thematic stamp collection, but it's still not valued.!!

This Bhutan John Kennedy stamp (JFK stamp)  Winston Churchill stamps and Mahatma Gandhi stamp is made from plastic and it's embossed, but there is not collector who wants to buy it or bid it on this .!!

To me looks like seller is not SHILL bidding to increase the price.!!or no friends are helping him out by bidding on it.!!

There are lot of Bhutan plastic stamps are available at very low price so sometimes its tempting to forged.!! This stamp are selling for $2-$3 and by forging you can make 10 times money.!!

So beware when you collect, otherwise you will regret it.

Recently I saw eBay seller "arun7602" was selling Bhutan 1972 FDC with just Kennedy stamp for $40.!!

Want to see what is the price of this stamps and quantity then click following link to read my blog posts.

http://gandhistampsclub.blogspot.com/2011/08/bhutan-gandhi-stamp-value-why-you-will.html

Now don't you think it's tempting to make more money by forging rubber stamp and making First Day Cover.!!

Following is one more example where forged rubber stamp was used on Maximum card with Mali stamps. According to me all Gandhi Maximum card are Forgery.!!

http://gandhistampsclub.blogspot.com/2013/01/maximum-philately-max-card-maximum-card.html
Following is another example of forged rubber stamp on Nicaragua to celebrate 100 years of cinema where date is also different than first day  of issue. Not sure it's error or fake.!!

http://gandhistampsclub.blogspot.com/2012/07/nicaragua-stamps.html

So think twice before you start your collection.!!

Otherwise sky is the limit to get cheated.!!

Stamps of Panama

Hello Gandhi Philatelist,

Recently I saw rare Gandhi stamp of Panama (hidden stamp) used on commercial cover sent to Guatemala.

It has 3 stamps of Gandhi along with one more other stamp in front. You all know how difficult is to get this stamp and still cover was sold for $178.!!!

In past similar cover with 3 Gandhi stamp send to Germany was sold for $500+!! Don't know why this
one was sold only for $178.!!

Do you think Gandhi Philatelic material value is declining ? or it's as correct value or it is still INFLATED price ?

But your guess is my guess and you might be thinking same way I am thinking that it's not worth to invest in Register USED cover or commercial used cover as chances of getting FORGERY rubber stamp is very high, because it's very easy to make this kind of rubber stamp and don't have to worry about any punishment from law agency around the world.!!

We all know how things are in Gandhi Philately.!! Almost everything is forgery.!! We had seen all kinds of forgery whether it's stamps, used cover, special cancellation etc so it's nothing knew to most of us.

But it might help to other philatelist, so be carefully when you buy any used covers as it's easy to make old used covers.

I am not sure about following cover is Forged or Genuine as I don't have detail for panama cancellation or I had not seen similar cancellation on any Panama covers in 1972. As soon as I will know I will update it.

Till then you buyer's need to decide this as they have to pay.!!!

Following is research how it was sold and whom it was sold and who were other bidders.!!

Now compare this cover with which one sold in 2010.!!

$177 cover is even registered cover where as one sold for $521 is just regular used cover.

So why value of Gandhi philatelic material is declining.?

Read some of interesting blog post to see how CHEATERS are working to get your money by selling forgery or Bogus gandhi stamps.!!

1) Philatelic FAKE and FORGERIES.
2) FAKE AERO PHILATELY Covers.
3) Stamp collection CHEATING.

8) World First Flight Cover
9) Greatest Stamp Collection Scandal
10) Biggest stamp collection SCAM
11) SCANDAL in stamp collection
12) How to increase stamp collection value

Or still it is a very high priced (inflated price)!!

Churchill Kennedy Gandhi Bhutan Stamp : Don't know what to do after 40 years of collection?

Hello Gandhi Philatelist,

Recently I saw First Day cover from Bhutan with Plastic Embossed 3D Churchill stamp, Kennedy stamp and Gandhi Stamp sold for only $8.!!

So after looking at pricing collectors don't know what to do (sell or hold) with  their collection? because pricing don't justify their investment.

Also Bhutan F.D.C and stamps are widely available in large quantity so it makes their decision simple.!! Just sell it or it will die it self.!!

This are one of the unique stamp issued by Bhutan and all three are great leaders of their countries as well as they have huge impact on world.

Following are blog post related to Bhutan Gandhi stamps, Churchill Gandhi stamps and Kennedy Gandhi stamps.

http://gandhistampsclub.blogspot.com/2011/10/bhutan-gandhi-stamps-don-think-gandhi.html

http://gandhistampsclub.blogspot.com/2011/08/bhutan-gandhi-stamp-value-why-you-will.html

I also found out that 20-30 years ago they were one of the famous personalities for stamp collector also, but because of dramstically decline in stamp collection hobby demand of  their stamps and first day cover are worth to nothing.

Recently I had seen that F.D.C was without Gandhi stamp was not even sold.!!

So looking to above screenshot it has only one buyer and it only sold for $8.!! So this proves that indeed philately hobby is great verge of decline.!!

Please read my other blog post related to Gandhi and Churchill.

So beware what are you collecting.

Now look at following screenshot and see huge quantity of Bhutan Churchill stamp, Bhutan Gandhi stamp and Bhutan JFK stamps First day cover  is available even after 40+ years.

So you need to think always before you buy otherwise you will regret.

To me at the end it will be JUST PIECE OF PAPER.!!

If you have money to throw away then start collecting  British India Stamps, 1948 Gandhi Stamps and Philatelic material and you will have a PIECE of PAPER (with no peace of mind.!!).

Still cannot decide then read following blog post which might help you.

Still not decided then my opinion is AVOID it all the cost.!! and have peace of mind instead of worrying you are buying Genuine material.!!!

To me all Gandhi Philatelic material available ( specially before 1950) looks FAKE or Forgery as it is very hard to find Genuine stuff and as new collectors (like me) wants to collect, so some greedy experienced collectors/dealers will provide  all of us as well as experienced collectors.!!

Still want to do research  then please read my other blog post and have fun.!!

Gandhi Stamps from Panama : 5 Question about Panama commerical used cover with Gandhi Stamps : IS IT MAKES SENSE TO COLLECT COMMERICAL USED COVER?

Hello Gandhi Philatelist,

According to me 1971 Panama Gandhi stamp is next glorified (falsely!!) stamps after 1948 Gandhi India stamps.

Following are some of my blog post about Panama Gandhi stamps which will explain glorification of Panama Gandhi stamp.

1) What a price difference in Panama Gandhi stamps.
2) Panama Gandhi FDC : Is it real or FAKE!! ?
3) Highly INFLATED price in Panama Gandhi stamps.

I think it does not make sense at all to collect commercial used cover because chances of forgery are very high because it can be made any time by just making rubber stamp or by changing date on rubber stamp from current post office.

I can still agree with special cancellation as it will be for limited time but chances  of that forgery is high too.

Also chances of fake stamps used on cover is also very high.

SO IT DOES NOT MAKE SENSE TO COLLECT COMMERCIALLY USED COVER.

My personal opinion or view for this cover  will BURN you if you buy it because authenticity of this cover due to following 5 questions.

1) Very hard to determine that this cover is indeed travel to Guatemala or even mailed from Panama.!!
2) We all had seen forgery in Gandhi stamps and covers so it's nothing new that how easy it is to make a rubber stamp and applied on stamp to make a used cover and even on USED stamps.!!
3) Where is the receiving cancellation date stamps on cover from Guatemala.? (It's easy to make one.!!)
4) Why we see only see cover with Gandhi stamps send to Progress Institute in Guatemala.!! Don't they have other stamps ?
5) Also I compared above cover send to Progress Institute with other similar cover and to me it looks like it has lot of similarity including hand writing, type of cancellation etc!! as if only person is sending it to them.

I don't know about authenticity of this cover as I don't have one or seen in real so I am telling that it's forgery or fake and I don't consider myself as an expert in stamps or philatelic materials but I can still think and guess and make assumption and express my view about it.!!

But after reading all my assumption about this coverdon't you think this cover will BURN you.!!!

If you are not convinced then please read some of my following blog posts and see what kinds of things are going in Gandhi Philately which will satisified you or make you think about my assumption or you can have your assumption or view about this cover.

3) Forged 1948 Gandhi Mourning first day cover.(different way to mourn.!!)

So after reading all or some of the blog don't you agree with my assumption.

Still doubt about yourself !!

Then please read some of my classic research blog post and think more about it.

1) 1948 Gandhi Stamps and Philatelic material are False hope of Riches?
2) 1948 Gandhi Stamps: Are False hope of Riches - Part II ?
3) 1948 Expensive Gandhi FDC : Are False hope of Riches - Part IV?
4) 1948 Gandhi Stamps Early Usage cover :  Gandhi Stamps Are False hope of Riches - Part V?
5) Maxi Card sold for $5100 with 1948 Gandhi Stamps - False hope of Riches - Part VI?
6) Indian Philately Exposed
7) Indian Philately Exposed - Part II

I hope now you agree with me.!! (that Gandhi stamps and Philatelic material are all BOGUS!!)

If you don't agree  then it's your money so buy Panama Gandhi cover.!! and be proud owner and brag about it, write and display in exhibit and pass it to next generation.!!

Thanks

Venezuela Gandhi Stamps : One of the best Gandhi stamps printed.

Hello Gandhi Collectors,

Venezuela issued Mahatma Gandhi stamp in 1972 and also miniature sheet to celebrate 50th Anniversary of  Independence of India in  1997 which has stamps of Gandhi, Sardar Patel, Nehru, Rabindranath Tagore and other achievements of India. I think 1997 miniature sheet is one of the best miniature sheet.

1972
Also 1972 stamp is also one of the best designed stamp of Mahatma Gandhi.

Both of this stamps are discontinued because of currency devaluation.!!

Venezuela was one of three countries that emerged from the collapse of Gran Colombia in 1830 (the others being Ecuador and New Granada, which became Colombia). For most of the first half of the 20th century, Venezuela was ruled by generally benevolent military strongmen, who promoted the oil industry and allowed for some social reforms. Democratically elected governments have held sway since 1959.

Hugo CHAVEZ, president since 1999, seeks to implement his "21st Century Socialism," which purports to alleviate social ills while at the same time attacking capitalist globalization and existing democratic institutions. Current concerns include: a weakening of democratic institutions, political polarization, a politicized military, drug-related violence along the Colombian border, overdependence on the petroleum industry with its price fluctuations, and irresponsible mining operations that are endangering the rain forest and indigenous peoples.

1997
We have seen lot of foreign stamps of Rabindranath Tagore (Nobel Prize winner) & Jawaharlal Nehru, but I think this is the first stamp of Sardar Patel from foreign country.!!

Vallabhbhai (Sardar) Patel was an Indian barrister and statesman, one of the leaders of the Indian National Congress and one of the founding fathers of India. He is known to be a social leader of India who played a major role in the country's struggle for independence and guided its integration into a united, independent nation. Therefore he is also regarded as "Bismark of India". He was known as the "Iron Man of India". In India and across the world, he was often addressed as Sardar which means Chief in many languages of India.

Read more about Sardar Patel at Wikipedia.

1972 stamp is available under $1 and Miniature sheet is available somewhere around $10.

According to me you will not get cheated from issuing country seller as they have vast resource to get stamps and also they make money by turnaround of different stamps of their country.

Do you think Venezuela Gandhi stamps are one of the best Gandhi Stamps ever printed.?

Again thanks for reading and  Please share your thoughts in the comments section.

Please share your thoughts about this classic advance technology usage and visionary thinking in 1911 First Aerial Mail as well as our Gandhi Philatelic collection.!! (No email please.!! so everyone gets knowledge about philatelic.!!)
