eBay Shill Bidding - how to increase price on ebay - Overprint Gandhi stamps Briefmarken Timbres

Recently I saw Cameroun Mahatma Gandhi  First Moon Landing space overprint stamp sold for $33.

To me this was overprint just to make money by selling it as Rare or unique or error stamps!!

No value in stamp collection right now as it is error.

Do we buy defective product? HELL NO.

First thing it does not make sense that someone will overprint on stamp.

Second thing it does not make sense to overprint multiple different overprint stamp on same stamps. (Gandhi type I stamp, Gandhi type II stamp etc)

Third thing it does not make sense that some one is willing to buy it for $33 in this Internet age world.

$33 for piece of paper!!

But there are 12 bids and 6 bidder!!!


Do you think this is artificially price increased by SHILL bidding?

SHILL bidding is easy. Just open another account on eBay and start bidding. eBay don't ask any payment info until to want to pay for it.!!

If you win then retract the bid.

You can cancel bid before certain timing also.

Do you think sellers has only one account?

Hell No.

This is widely used practice to increase price so it looks genuine that lot of people are buying it and there is increase in value since last year or 5 years!!

But no one know it was actually paid to seller or eBay?

Also some other stamp dealers will bid on this stamp and don't pay in order to increase their stamp collection value.

eBay seller just don't open case and eBay will not charge commission (10%).

Now you will see some of the ebay bidders are bidding on eBay 1569 items (most of them are  stamps, Briefmarken,  Timbres) with 2400 bids and retracting (take back) on 148 items.


Does it make sense?

Scinde Dawk - Asia first stamp - Stamp Expert Certificate - Is it forgery stamp or never issued.

Scinde Dawk 1852 stamps from India was sold for $1025 by eBay seller "lunar_nj" from India and item location in Kansas, USA.

Not sure where seller will pay capital gain tax ?

Because seller is based in India and item location in USA.

Need to pay too lot of capital gain tax on this item as it was sold for $1025.

But my question is this all real.?

All means

• Embossed Scinde Dawk is genuine stamp ? (any one can make this kind of embossed stamp and start applying on old paper)
• Do you think after 167+ years this kind of thing still available in plenty. ( I had seen more than 200 on eBay alone in last 9 years).
• Do you think this is genuine transaction where eBay seller paid all commission to eBay?
• Do you think eBay seller paid all state tax (kansas) and federal tax to IRS ?
• Do you think this stamp Expert certificate as any value? (anyone can issue Expert Certificate as no licenses or education required.!!)
• Do people were using stamps 167+ years ago.? (Think how far your relatives were living at that time.!!)
• Do you think it was never issued.? ( do you think it was required in India or Pakistan when it was under British rule).
• Do you think piece of paper will still remain intact after 167+ years ago? (think about weather, all different wars in that region and other things happened in 167 years. Do you have your first standard marksheet?)
• Do people collect stamp anymore? 
• Do you think 43 bids are genuine?
• One bidder is bidding on 832 items and 5721 bids? ( can you believe that.!)
• Do you think SHILL bidding is done to increase price?

After reading all of the above Will you pay $1025 for this kind piece of paper ?

2 months ago Scinde Dawk with Stamp Expert Certificate from RPSL Ltd was sold for $999 by "invest-and-collect" from UK with only one bid.!!

Why only one bid and less price then "lunar_nj"

Do you think this stamps are Investment ?

Do you think it's invest and collect item?

China Dragon stamp - 1897 China old stamp cover - China stamp as investment.

Recently I saw China -1897 Soochow dragon stamp cover was sold for $2350 by eBay seller "micormayotota" from Australia. 

Do you think it's China stamp as investment. ?

Lot of money from China stamps of 1897 cover/envelope with China Dragon stamp.

Do anyone collect stamps in 2019?

I don't think so. So why so much money you see spend on stamp.!! ? It's marketing or China stamp so you think it's genuine and lot of rich chinese invest in stamps.

Anyone can make rubber stamps as many as they want and different kind and apply on any old used cover.!!

Also this China 1987 stamp cover/envelope don't have any China address written on it so it can be used cover from anywhere. (stamp from cover removed from other country.!)

So do you think this is genuine ?

Also do you think there were 35 bids from 14 bidders is also genuine. ?

Chances of SHILL bidding is very high to increase price so you will think lot of buyers are interested in this old stamps from China.!!

Do you think eBay got commission from this transaction ?

Do you think Australia government are getting income tax, sales tax and capital gain tax from China 1897 Soochow Dragon stamp collectible item ?

We had seen lot of forgery in Gandhi stamps issued in 1948 so if this happened in democratic country and no one cares than think what can happen in Chinese Communist Country.!!

This 1897 Soochow China Dragon stamp cover might not be even send from China.!!

My personal opinion or review about this China 1897 Soochow dragon stamp cover envelope is nothing but forgery.

You don't have to believe in my expert opinion same way Expert Stamp Certificate issue from philatelic society such as BPA or RPSL don't take any responsibility even after free money. Here I am giving my free opinion about China Stamp 1987 Soochow Dragon stamp envelope.!

FIRST AERIAL POST : INDIAN PHILATELY EXPOSED - PART III

Hello Philatelist,

This blog post has nothing to do with Gandhi Philately, but it will give you idea when you compare other Indian Philatelic item selling on ebay with Gandhi Philately and figured out what's going in overall Philatelic World specially in 1948 India Gandhi Stamps.

Recently while researching about Gandhi Philately I saw postcard with "First Aerial Post" special cancellation issued in 1911 during U.P. Exhibition in Allahabad, so I was more curious about it as in past I saw too many FAKE/Forgery cancellation in Gandhi Philatelic material.

As per SELLER above is FORGED "First Aerial Post" special cancellation someone applied on some old postcard which are available on eBay or stamp shows from dealer at very low price and then affix stamp (of course stamp issued before 1910!!).

It's very easy to make rubber stamp. Just to go rubberstamps.net and upload jpeg image of this cancellation and your special cancellation is ready.!! Following is example of how to create your own postmark cancel on rubberstamps.net website. (click following image to enlarge it.)

Don't you think it's very easy to make rubber stamp and cancel it on any postcard or envelope and you  can get a old used cover.!!!

Lot of money is made with this kind of cancellation by selling Forged/FAKE material using rubber stamps on some postcard or envelope.!! Some time used cover with Receiving Cancel Date Stamp - CDS is alter with this kind of cancellation to make more authentic.!!

Following are screenshot of recently this forgery/fake cancellation was sold for $612 even though seller mentioned it's FORGERY.!! But guess what buyer did not paid for this.!! (This is similiar to Gandhi Philately world.!! where bidder bid very high and don't pay and in this way a glorification of thematic collection is happening.!!)

As per seller "drpokiri" (who also sells expensive Gandhi Philately material)  the rubber stamp appear to be reddish instead of pink. ( Thank God he mentioned this as Forgery otherwise he can also mention that this is uniqure/rare error cancellation instead of forgery.!!).

To me maker of this forgery cancellation on some old postcard did not get perfect ink first time.!! and after that he might got it right INK which might be selling on ebay.!!!!!!!!!!

SO BEWARE OF "FIRST AERIAL POST"!!

This forgery card  from eBay seller "drpokiri" was sold  3 times.!! to "banti.6969" for $612, "bcsomani" for #370 and "coolblue" for $202

But what surprise me is that buyer "banti.6969" is willing to bid upto $612 and did not paid.!!! even though he was aware of this "Kindly treat as FORGERY" mentioned by seller.

As you read this blog post don't you think that FAKE/FORGERY Cancellation is a way for Gandhi Philately including 1948 Gandhi Stamps from India.!! along with highly inflated price and not buying it (not paying it).

Now I am not sure whether following India 1911 First Aerial Post from Allahabad cancellation is GENUINE.!!

Also I am not sure about pricing of this material. Don't think this as reference point but think as some kind of inflated price (shill bidding).

In period of 30 days only you can see 8+ special postmark cancellation of FIRST AERIAL POST from Allahabad was sold on eBay so it's not RARE or UNIQUE. Don't  you surprise that  after 101+ years this shear quantity of cancellation is available on online auction for sale.

So please beware when you buy any Indian Philately material. Looks like all things which happens in Gandhi Philately is happening in all thematic philately related to India such as British India stamps, Queen Victoria stamps , Indian States stamps, First Aerial Posts stamps and ...........!!!!!!!

After looking to this value to me it looks like no one wants to collect stamps in this modern world, because there are lot of others things to do, such as play video games on ipad, xbox, gamecube or on internet surf on web or facebook or lot of other outdoor activity such a hiking, skating, running etc or watch different shows on TV or sports games such as Cricket or Football or Basketball or just talking on smartphone or chating.!!

After all this kind of things you don't get any more extra time to pursue your hobby of stamp collection were not that many people are involved and you feel like retard when you talk to friends.!!

Also there are lot of cheating such as Forgery stamps, Shill bidding, BOGUS philatelic material  involved in stamps collection.
