1948 India Gandhi Stamp collection research expertising. Investment in stamp collection ?

Following are some of the expensive Gandhi stamps material sold on eBay.

This is for your research before you buy any 1948 Gandhi stamps from India as a stamp investment or as alternative investment other than gold or share/stock or real estate property.

1) Are this genuine 1948 Gandhi stamps on the cover ?
2) Are this genuine Jai Hind special cancellation issued on 15 August 1948 ?(or rubber stamp)
3) Are this genuine CDS (cancellation date stamp) on the cover ?
4) Do you think this are really travelled to destination ?
5) Do you think this are really sold on eBay for this much money ?
6) Do you think eBay as well as PayPal got commission from this transaction?
7) Do you think local government got tax from this selling ?
8) Do you think any government got capital gain tax from this collectible item selling ?
9) and you need to come up with another 92 before you decide !!!

Please read my 700+ blog on Gandhi stamps and you have to decide because it's your money you will be investing.!

But my personal opinion (my certificate of stamp expertise) is all of this is FAKE or Forgery.!! It's my personal opinion as everyone opinion differ.

But my opinion is free not like BPA or RPLS where they charge money and they don't take any responsibility or liability even after issuing certificate.

Above eBay 8-9 transaction are $10000.!! for piece of paper.!!

Do you really think some one is spending this kind of money on 1948 India Gandhi stamp collection or philatelic hobby.

No one is collecting anything right now as no one has time because of lot of other activities in the world such as surfing on internet, watching Netflix or youtube or social media like facebook or tiktok or even watching TV and Movies and on top of that people are watching cricket or soccer or other sports.

But someone is buying it as per this transaction which is good for ebay(get commission 10%) and paypal (2-3%) and California and USA Federal Tax from capital gain tax on collectible items  or seller's country from where they are selling.

Also buyer country residence will get local tax where buyer reside as eBay as to collect tax.!!

Do you think all of them are getting money from this.? To me it will be about $2000 to $4000 depending on countries.

It's hard to tell as majority of stamp collection transaction are fake (never processed through) as buyer do SHILL bidding (bidding with other id) or friend will buy it for them and they cancel transaction.!!

But if you see on eBay there are lot of Gandhi stamps are sold and currently available.!!

And you might be thinking this selling price is genuine.?

So do your research as it's very easy to make this kind of postal cover as it only required some old postal envelope and rubber stamps.!!

Very easy way to make money on eBay or any other live auction or online auction by famous auction house.

So think before you invest in stamp.!!

I will never invest in stamp as alternative investment as there is no law or legal entity control's it.

Also there are very few investor to buy.

So stick with Gold or Share/Stocks or Real estate property.!!

Again it's your money.!!! so you can burn how ever you want to burn.

Thanks

China Dragon stamp - 1897 China old stamp cover - China stamp as investment.

Recently I saw China -1897 Soochow dragon stamp cover was sold for $2350 by eBay seller "micormayotota" from Australia.

Do you think it's China stamp as investment. ?

Read my previous post about China stamp as investment where you will see how FORGERY rubber stamps are used to make money.

Lot of money from China stamps of 1897 cover/envelope with China Dragon stamp.

Do anyone collect stamps in 2019?

I don't think so. So why so much money you see spend on stamp.!! ? It's marketing or China stamp so you think it's genuine and lot of rich chinese invest in stamps.

Do you think this is GENUINE ?

Anyone can make rubber stamps as many as they want and different kind and apply on any old used cover.!!

Following blog post has FORGERY rubber stamp applied as CDS. Look at it and think about it.

Also this China 1987 stamp cover/envelope don't have any China address written on it so it can be used cover from anywhere. (stamp from cover removed from other country.!)

So do you think this is genuine ?

Also do you think there were 35 bids from 14 bidders is also genuine. ?

Chances of SHILL bidding is very high to increase price so you will think lot of buyers are interested in this old stamps from China.!!

Do you think eBay got commission from this transaction ?

Do you think Australia government are getting income tax, sales tax and capital gain tax from China 1897 Soochow Dragon stamp collectible item ?

We had seen lot of forgery in Gandhi stamps issued in 1948 so if this happened in democratic country and no one cares than think what can happen in Chinese Communist Country.!!

This 1897 Soochow China Dragon stamp cover might not be even send from China.!!

My personal opinion or review about this China 1897 Soochow dragon stamp cover envelope is nothing but forgery.

You don't have to believe in my expert opinion same way Expert Stamp Certificate issue from philatelic society such as BPA or RPSL don't take any responsibility even after free money. Here I am giving my free opinion about China Stamp 1987 Soochow Dragon stamp envelope.!

Thanks

India stamp - It's all FALSE advice for stamp as INVESTMENT.

We know forgery stamps are only available for 1948 10 Rupees India Gandhi stamp because no one (except king of England or some industrialist) had that much money to keep stamp in mint condition.

But you will read lot about stamp as investment or you will get advice to invest in stamps.

But to me it's nothing but false hope of glory which they are trying to sell all that forgery items.

Now following are two India 1948  Gandhi stamp valued 10 Rupees in 1948.

One is genuine and other is forgery stamp as per seller.!!

Let me repeat. !!

One is genuine and other is forgery stamp as per seller.

By looking can you find out which one is genuine and which one is forgery.!!

One cost $6 and other cost $1400.!!

So you might think $1400 is genuine.!!

I am not certifying that $1400 stamp is forgery, but my personal opinion (freedom of speech) both are forgery.!!

Never try to buy any thing related to 1948 Gandhi stamps otherwise you will regret whole your life whether it's 10 Rupees stamp or 1.5 anna stamp.!!

Everything is BOGUS or Forgery so BEWARE yourself and keep your investment in other things except stamps or coins.!!

What you see all that selling price on eBay about Gandhi stamps is artificially inflated by SHILL bidding or FAKE bidding (buyer don't pay to seller).

You can see 16 eBay id is watching India 1948 Gandhi 10R marginal sheet number is nothing but BOGUS id, so you can feel that there is lot of interest.!!!

So what is your opinion about this India 1948 Gandhi stamp?

Genuine or FORGERY.

Also DON'T trust all that philatelic material such as HANDBOOKS or online exhibit or award winning stamp exhibit about Gandhi stamps.

All the philatelic material are to not promote Mahatma Gandhi message but to promote their own BOGUS and FORGERY. So beware what are you reading it. It's nothing but a big SCAM.

Also don't take advice of any stamp collector or even financial analyst for INVESTMENT because they are they one who wants to make money and will give you FALSE advice to buy this FORGERY and BOGUS stamps.!!

SO BEWARE.

Thanks

Stamps Investment or Cheating in Stamp collection ?

As from my 500+ blog post you can see that there is a great push for stamps as investment  or stamps as a alternate investment specially in Gandhi stamps as lot of rich Indian, Chinese and UAE people wants to invest in stamps.

Even though stamp collection is declining as current generation born after 1990 is not interested in collecting stamps.

But to me it's nothing but a  great SCAM made by Bernie Madoff or Allen Stanford. It's nothing but to take money by cheating and both of them are in jail.!!

It's a risk in investment if you invest in stamps.

It looks like similar principle is applied here to make people to invest in Stamps.!!

Compare "Jai Hind" special cancellation with  other special cancellation
issued on that day and you can see the difference.
I think in stamp collection investment it's also a big scam were you will see

2) Buyer don't pay to seller
3) Seller show image of genuine item and sends you forgery items.
But also there are other ways to SCAM

5) Creating forgery stamps
6) Making forgery rubber stamps
7) Making Bogus rubber stamps of never exist cancellation
8) Publishing philatelic handbooks with incorrect information or forgery philatelic items
9) Exhibiting forgery items in stamp shows and online exhibit.
10) Writing incorrect information on stamp website, stamp blog, stamp forums, stamp boards etc.
11) Forgery or Bogus expertising certificate

Now let's see following eBay transaction were seller did not get money from Buyer.!!

1) Either buyer just want to increase price.
2) Or buyer might found out that this is forgery items.
3) Seller wants to hide bidders even though eBay don't provided full bidder name.

Gandhi Stamps is creating a greatest scandal by some collectors and dealers by using all of the above activity.!!

This Indian 1948 Independence Gandhi  FDC with New Delhi Cancel was sold for $1350.!! Even though it's unique and rare with seven stamps instead of four stamps in a set.

Not sure why buyer did not paid for this even though it's unique.

This is sold by eBay seller "postalpost00" from UK.

Why private listing ?

To me this looks like nothing but a big scam because seller wants to hide who is buying it.!!

Don't know why seller wants to hide. He/She should care about money not who is buyer. It's upto buyer to decide whether he wants to bid with his real id or open a new id on eBay and bid on it.

Opening eBay account is free so anyone can open it and start bidding.!!

It's not only in Gandhi Stamps were buyer don't pay, but to me it looks like in each an every auction this happens.

It's a way to go in online auction were any one can open account and don't need any MONEY DEPOSIT to even bid and obey to pay after Winning.!!

It happen in 1854 Queen Victoria stamp were it was sold for $8000!! Do money grow on TREE.!!

http://gandhistampsclub.blogspot.com/2014/01/india-victoria-cover-4-annas-stamp.html

Now this FDC is for sale again ?

Don't you think eBay shareholder is affected by this kind of SCAM as they are loosing money on this kind of fraudulent buyers or it gives false indication about eBay purchases to new shareholder.!!

It's lot of money for eBay to loose from commission on eBay and Paypal as they are spending lot of money on infrastructure such as servers, networks, application, data center etc.

So this was Cheating by Bidders or Buyer.

Now what are chances of this as a FORGERY or even BOGUS First Day cover ?

After reading this blog post you might start thinking whether you want to collect or INVEST in stamps.!!

TO ME IT ALL CANCELLATION ARE FORGERY OR BOGUS BECAUSE OF DEMAND AND GLORIFICATION.!!

I THINK THIS IS TO CREATE NEW THEMATIC COLLECTION OF 1948 FIRST DAY COVERS!!

SO BEWARE OF THIS.!!

And if you have already 1948 special cancellation in your collection then you will be AFRAID to go back and compare or even see it, because you will be scared that you might be victim of it.!!

In past I compared  special cancellation issued  from BOMBAY, but in this blog post I am comparing or display which ever I saw on eBay so everyone can get idea what happened in past 65+ years or is happening currently as you read this.!!

But it's nothing like 1948 Gandhi stamps with special cancellation including forged stamps.  To me it looks like very large quantity of FORGED or BOGUS first day cover with special cancellation are roaming in the market.!!

Following are just a tip of iceberg from wide varities of 1948 Gandhi special cancellation from India.

Please look at all screenshot of 1948 Gandhi stamps with special cancellation and do SELF study before you pursue your dream or nightmare.!!

When you try to collect cancellation from different cities, then chances are that you might get BOGUS (never issued) or FORGED cancellation if it's rare available from small cities.!!

Chances are some collectors or dealers might have decided that let's create this 1948 Gandhi First Day Cover thematic collection from different cities of India.!!

Also you might see some BOGUS (never issued) or Forged cancellation from Nepal India Embassy, Pondicherry ( former French India until 1954) etc.

Compare following and you decide.!! HALF of them are BOGUS (not forgery, because it never exist or issued by P&T India.!!). You decide which are BOGUS (fantasy).

Calcutta cancellation is Forgery and Simla cancellation are both different.!!

Both SHILLONG cancellation looks different with HINDI alphabet "Jai Hind" and type & # of lines.

Compare above four cancellation from BOMBAY and check for # of lines, types of lines in center of special cancellation. (some has 7 and some has 8 and some don't make sense.!!)

Above two cancellation are from MADRAS. Only cancellation with "AUG".!! Also look at the difference between them in shapes. Also "." is missing.

Forgers have not only manufactured stamps for the philatelic market, they have added forged cancellations to those stamps.

Forged cancellations have also be applied to genuine stamps, in cases where the stamps are worth much more postally used. In addition, where rare cancellations are desired by collectors, those cancellations have also been forged.

Cancellations also may be used to prove that certain philatelic items are genuine. For example, forgers have fabricated many supposedly valuable postal covers by adding genuine stamps and forged postal markings to pre-stamp covers. (From Wikipedia)

Poona & Simla cancellation looks like BOGUS

Don't your think it's UGLY out there ?

Above two cancellation are from NAGPUR looks BOGUS. Look at the difference.

Kanpur & Patna cancellation with irregular alphabets and letters along with shapes

Delhi and New Delhi cancellation. Looks at  the difference.

Pondicherry was ruled by French India in 1948. Compare it with MADRAS which only has "AUG" where as Pondicherry has "AUGUST" even though they are very near.!!

Does ALLAHABAD & PATNA cancellation looks like GENUINE ?

What to SELF study ?

1) G.P.O missing on Simla, Nagpur and Shillong. WHY ? ( Genuine or BOGUS or Forgery)
2) Alphabet type and size : Shillong, Delhi, New Delhi
3) Shapes of special cancellation (Madras)
4) Is it AUG or AUGUST.
5) Compare lines and size inside the cancellation
6) Compare Hindi languague alphabet "जय हिन्द"
7) All kinds of different things you can think and compare.!!

To me it looks like a BIG SCAM.!!!!!! But it's upto you to decide.!!!

Now you do SELF Study and decide and think deep what  happened or happening.!!

There is nothing RARE or Scare in philately because this hobby is in downward trend because experienced collectors are loosing interest because value is not appreciating and new collectors are not coming in to this because there are lot of other things to do for them such as playing video games on Nintendo or X-box , social networking on facebook or google+ or  surfing on web through internet or SMS through iphone or android or watch games such as cricket, football or basketball on TV.

Only way philately can sustain is to stop cheating in this hobby. Yes CHEATING.!! which is what you will see in order to increase value artificially by inflating the price by SHILL bidding, not paying to seller or mutual understanding cancelling transaction and lot more.

To know more about this kind of activity read my following blog post and think what are the possibilities in cheating, glorification, SHILL bidding, FAKE, Forgery etc.

1) 1948 Stamps False hope of Riches?
2) 1948 Gandhi Stamps: Are False hope of Riches - Part II ?
3) 1948 Gandhi Mourning Private FDC : Are False hope of Riches - Part III?
4) 1948 Expensive Gandhi FDC : Are False hope of Riches - Part IV?
5) 1948 Gandhi Stamps Early Usage cover :  Gandhi Stamps Are False hope of Riches - Part V?
6) Maxi Card sold for $5100 with 1948 Gandhi Stamps - False hope of Riches - Part VI?
7) Indian Philately Exposed
8) Indian Philately Exposed - Part II
9) Gandhi SERVICE overprint stamp price fell from $1009 to $1.!!
10) How can you tell that Gandhi SERVICE stamp is FAKE or Forgery ?

I hope all the above will help while making decision in investing stamps and to avoid getting CHEATED.!!

Now don't you think it does NOT make sense STAMP INVESTING!! or even Collecting.!!!

Do you think it's INVESTMENT or GAME.!!

I think it's not for Investment but it's a Philatelic GAME.!!

So let's see how to play  Philatelic Game.!! (click to read how to, rules and regulations.!!)

So what do you think about STAMP INVESTMENT ?

Does it make sense to investment in stamps.

Thanks

Churchill stamps - Einstein Stamps - WHAT ARE MY STAMPS WORTH ?

Hello stamps collectors,

Everyone is curious what's their worth is, but it's more when people are collecting because they put lot of time and effort to collect them as hobby.

But recently worth of all hobbies such as stamps, coins, cards is going down or even some of them are worthless to invest.

You will be shocked when you see pricing trends of stamp collection. Recently Churchill stamps, Einstein stamps, Shakespeare stamps and Gandhi stamps on First Day cover from Gibraltar issued in 1998  was sold under $4.

Now if you see following images you will surprised that there are not even that much enthusiasm in buying 1998 Gibraltar first day cover with four world famous people Mahatma Gandhi stamps, Churchill stamp, Einstein stamp and Shakespeare stamp  on that Word of Wisdom cover.

I think reason for this very low stamp value is because

1) There are lot of other things to do in this modern technology world than to collect stamps.
2) There are lot of forgeries in stamp collection
3) Shill bidding is way to increase price and fool new collector.

Now you need to decide what to do if you are new collector. Whether to start collecting Einstein stamps or Churchill stamps and get regret about collecting or if you are existing collector than forget about "what are my stamps worth" and just don't think about it, because it's worthless.!!

You will not able to justify your time in selling this stamps because it's not worth your time.!!

Thanks
Gandhi Stamps Club.
