World Rare Expensive stamps

Hello Gandhi Philatelist,

Following are 2 reproduction stamps used on reproduction of forgery cover.!! Gandhi SERVICE stamp(Pink color) of 10 Rupees value is one of the RARE stamp(Only 100 printed). Both stamps are forged stamp (reprinted) as well as forged cancellation.!!

If you are not aware of this kind of philatelic material you might buy it thinking you are lucky.!!

In past we had seen following stamps which was FORGERY of 1948 Gandhi 10 Rupees SERVICE stamp with cancellation from Governor General of India. If it was Genuine than price might be more than US $200,000. (Yes more than two hundred thousand US dollars.)

Mint stamp was for sell on eBay for 225,000K.!! In May 2012 David Feldman auction house sold this stamp for €144,000 (US$ 205,000) when buyer's premium is included.!!

Not sure above stamp is Genuine or Forged ( facsimile or copy), because it's very hard to find genuine as it's hidden because only 100 were printed.

I don't know who will buy this expensive stamp from eBay.!!!

Following is the screenshot of Reproduction of India 1948 Gandhi SERVICE stamp of 1 1/2 anna and 10 Rupees stamp on Cover.!! Yes on cover.

It's not photocopy but forged with forged stamps and forged cancellation.!!

This will be very RARE item if it is Genuine. I am not sure whether original cover of this  reproduction cover was Genine or Forged also.!!

Above cover is selling for $8 or lower if you make offer.!!

I had seen covers like this with single stamp selling as Genuine for more than $10000.!! But to me it looks like FORGERY after seeing unbelievable things in Gandhi Philatelic.

As we all know that BPA and RPSL certificate are REUSED to sell forged stamps.

Also after seeing all kinds of FORGERY in philatelic world, I don't have any question that there might be FORGED BPA certificates as well as RPSL Certificate from expertising society of London.

Following are some blog post which will make you think that all this RARE stamps are not really RARE stamps.!!

1) Error stamps or STOLEN philatelic material. Are they expensive stamps?
2) Error stamp from India : Are they really error stamps or Rare stamps ?
3) India stamp printing quality that bad?

So beware what you are going in to.

Error Stamps OR Printing Waste ? : Is it a STOLEN property ? Philatelic JUDGES should reject this kind of STOLEN philatelic material.!!

Hello Gandhi stamp collectors,

Genuine errors stamps are UNCOMMON or even RARE as postal administrations have several layers of quality control and inspection, and most printing problems are addressed before the stamps ever reach the public. (Taken from Postage Stamp Error from Wikipedia)

My personal opinion or  personal view about following India Gandhi ERROR stamps are STOLEN goods or property because Indian postal department (Post & Telegraph)  have several layers of quality control and inspection, and most printing problems are addressed before the stamps ever reach the public.

Also if you see sheer quantity of Gandhi Error stamps from India available on eBay is amazing. I have seen more than 1000 just from India.!! (Can you consider this quantity as RARE.!!)

Don't you think India Post & Telegraph has one of the best quality control and inspection.? But I am not sure about what they do with all the waste or how they handle it after found during quality control.!

Don't you think this kinds of stamps should not be allowed in Stamp Exhibition and Philatelic JUDGES should reject this stamp exhibit instead of giving more points or medal for this kind of stolen products or FAKE philatelic material such as special cancellation.?

In my previous blog posts I wrote about Error stamps of India and How to Create Error stamps. In this blog post I am displaying images of that ERROR stamps of Gandhi and you decide whether this ERROR stamps makes sense.

Please read my other blog posts before going through this blog post.

Now look at the following screenshot of Gandhi ERROR stamp which are sold as "Double Perf Error stamp", "Dry Print Error stamp", "Mis Perf Error stamp", "Printing Error", "Unprinted Error", "Color missing error", "Spectacular Ink Blob" etc.

Does it makes sense this kind of stamps from India available to general public for sale?

Also stamps of India are printed by Government of India not like other smaller countries who outsource their stamp printing. We don't see this kind of ERRORS from this outsource stamp dealers/printers who print stamps for small countries so how come we can see this many ERRORS stamps from India.!!

According to me this all are collection of WASTE (trial print or perf) which should be shredded or burned, but it's available for SALE.!!

Of course some are forgery using chemical such as color blop or missing year on stamp (or might be waste also), but others are nothing but stolen from collection of waste.!!

Do you think Indian postal administrations don't have quality control and inspection?

So what do you think about this waste ?

Is it waste or ERROR stamps.?

My personal opinion or my personal view about this ERROR stamps is WASTE and it needs to be investigate as STOLEN goods or products because how it available for sale.!!

Thanks

PANAMA STAMPS

Hello Gandhi Collector,

This is my 7th blog post about Panama stamp of Gandhi because it is one of the most GLORIFIED stamp of Gandhi. Just # of blog post will explain you how much glorified is Panama stamp.!! Following are other 6 blog post about Panama stamp of Gandhi.

Some times I also wonder is this similar to facsimile or copy stamp of Gandhi (FAKE or Forged) because who knows whether it was actually printed with permission of government of Panama. I am not sure but this is my extreme thinking after looking what's going in GANDHI philately.!!

Recently I saw Panama Gandhi stamp for sale at fixed price of $60, but after through investigation it looks there are no buyer for this stamps since last 4 months.!!

Don't know why no BUYER for this Panama stamps even though in past this stamp were sold for high price.

Until now scott catalog value was only 60 cents but just recently upgrade to $60!! Not sure what scott catalog was doing all this years.!!

But in past I saw this stamp selling from $80-140 but according to me it's all BOGUS bidding to glorify this stamp from Panama.!!

Not sure why but in June 2011 Panama Gandhi MNH c384 stamp was sold for $137.!! What a return on investment on 10 Panama Cents in 40 years in  US dollars.

I think this is best ROI on Gandhi stamps except 1948 India Mahatma Gandhi 10 Rupees Service(only 100 stamps printed) which does not count as it was not for general public postage stamp or available for collectors or dealers as it was only available or made to use  by 1 person and that person was 1st Governor General of India.

This particular stamp is kind of rare (in someone's closet!!) and it demands premium but this was sold for double the amount I saw in last 2 years.

Also you know that Panama used to outsource there stamps to Printers/Dealers who used to provide them stamps to Panama postal department and dealers were selling worldwide to collectors.!! same way like we are seen for small countries in Africa.

Again it's is upto collector how much they want to pay. So it is on collector's hand about valuation of this stamp. I don't have MNH stamp and never want to buy this even if someone is selling cheap because I don't want to support this kind of business. I have used stamp for which I paid 10-15$ only which I bought it 2 years ago.

Now let see do some research on this auction. Let me make sure all information is taken from public information available. This is similar to people collect information about housing price sold in USA which publish every week.(zillow.com is using that complied list, what price it sold, last sale etc.).

Date Sold: Jun 08 2011
Seller : docnik(10606 feedback) from USA
Buyer: airpostman(528 feedback) from USA and ebay member since 1998.

Also look at airpostman   feedback of 2011. Click following link to see Feedback of airpostman (a big time buyer from "docnik" !!

After looking all this screen shot and looking at URL, what do you think about this stamp price.? Is it Reasonable or High.??

Following blog post is all about FAKE, Forgery , SHILL Bidding, Cheating etc. going in philatelic world not only in Gandhi stamps but also British India stamps as well as all around the world.

1) Error stamp in India : FORGERY in error stamp.!!
2) Olympic and Einstein stamp from Nicaragua selling under $1.!!
3) Is stamp printing as well as Quality Assurance is that bad in India because of lot of ERROR stamps.!!
4) International Philatelic Exhibition : Are full of FAKE and Forgery.!!
5) Great Britain Forgery of used cover.
6) British India King George Stationary is Genuine or Forgery !!
7) King George post card with Mobile post office or walking post office.!!

There are more than 300 blog post just about any possibilities in Philatelic collection so please read throughly and understand about my research.

Before you buy think about one of the  possibilities and if you don't get any suspicious thought then buy it other wise you will REGRET whole your life.!!

Error in India stamps

Hello Gandhi stamp collectors,

In 1980, to celebrate 50th Anniversary (1930 - 1980) of Mahatma Gandhi's famous civil disobedience movement "Dandi March" or "Salt Satyagraha", India issued Se-tenant stamp of Mahatma Gandhi of 35 paise each in very large quantity.

As every collector wants their collection unique, rare or one of a kind then chances are more that you will get FORGERY because most of  them are custom made according to collectors need.!!!

I also notice that Mahatma Gandhi is also one of the most famous person on ERROR stamp as well as FORGERY stamps, post cards, special cancellation, used covers, register cover and anything to do with Gandhi philatelic.!!!

I think CHEATING is one of the biggest reason why stamp collection hobby is DECLINE. It's either FORGED stamps or FORGED special cancellation or FORGED USED covers or SHILL BIDDING.
All this combine factors are making this hobby as a PASS by new collectors because it's very hard to find Genuine stamps and philatelic material not only for Gandhi, but also for King George stamps or King Edward stamps or Queen Victoria stamps and other British India stamps.!!

Following is example of Dandhi March or Dandi Kooch Error stamp of India, but it's forged. If you compare both stamps you will notice it's different, so that means it's and Error stamp.!!

But reality is that it's not an error stamp from India, but it is customize by chemical usage or exposure to sun or by any different method. Following are example of Dandi March stamps from India.

                                          GENUINE                                                FORGERY

This forged stamp is selling for $25 -$15.!!! but if to not modified (Genuine) then it will only sell for $1 or $2.!!

Also price of Gandhi stamps and philatelic material are highly INFLATED either by overpricing it when it is fixed price or starting at high price, and if it is low starting price then there is SHILL bidding on that auction. So another thing to keep in mind when you are buying philatelic material.

I will not buy this stamp for more than $1 because it's worthless stamp and that only if I want to exhibit as "FORGERY in Gandhi stamp".

There are so many Forgery stamp of Gandhi that I think I can make more than 20 frames exhibit.!!

Seller "orphilco" from Pakistan is selling as "Purple color Missing GREAT ERROR stamp of India" for $25.!! but it's a FORGED stamp.!!

Seller "alphomegaphilately2" from India is selling as "Violent omitted FORGERY" for $15.!!

So as a business person it will be more tempting to make FORGED stamp and sell it as ERROR to get more money, otherwise no one will pay more than $1 in today's market for this  35 paise stamp, which is equivalent to one US cent (1 cent) only in 1980!!

In past I wrote about "How to Create Error stamps" i.e. Forged ERRORS stamps made by chemical usage or exposure to sun.

http://gandhistampsclub.blogspot.com/2010/02/how-to-create-gandhi-error-stamps.html

Following is screenshot of my "India Error stamp" blog post.

http://gandhistampsclub.blogspot.com/2012/12/india-error-stamps.html

Now after reading my both blog post don't you think this ERROR stamps from India are not GENUINE.!! (I am not expert but I can still think. You don't have to believe me as you have to pay money.!!)

So BEWARE what you are collecting and why are you collecting and at what price.!!

Read my following blog post to understand about stamp collection in DECLINE.!!

1) A Hobby in Decline : 1948 Gandhi USED cover case study.!!
2) A Hobby in Decline.!! - Part-2
3) How to invest when philately price is dropping.

If you see stamps are not even selling or selling like 5-10 times lower their value than mentioned in catalog.!!

There is nothing RARE or Scare in philately because this hobby is in downward trend because experienced collectors are loosing interest because value is not appreciating and new collectors are not coming in to this because there are lot of other things to do for them such as playing video games on Nintendo or X-box , social networking on facebook or google+ or  surfing on web through internet or SMS through iphone or android or watch games such as cricket, football or basketball.!!

Only way philately can sustain is to stop cheating in this hobby. Yes CHEATING.!! which is what you will see in order to increase value artificially by inflating the price by SHILL bidding, not paying to seller or mutual understanding cancelling transaction and lot more.

To know more about this kind of activity read my following blog post and think what are the possibilities in cheating, glorification, SHILL bidding, FAKE, Forgery etc.

Stamps from San Marino Senegal Morocco :This is why collector quit Gandhi stamp collection.!!

Hello Gandhi Stamp collectors,

Following is the main reason why new collectors are not coming to Gandhi Stamp collection.

Seller "phil-centre" from UK is trying to sell Gandhi FDC and FFC for unbelievable price.

San Marino First Day Cover is selling for $123.!! It should not be more than 2-3$.!!!

Senegal Gandhi First day cover is also selling for $123.!! It should not be more than $5 as it is without cachet.

Lufthansa First Flight Cover with Morrocco Gandhi stamp for $81!! Not sure whether this is Genuine or FAKE(might not be travelled on First Flight or even never went through flight at all!!)

Disclosure : I own all 3.!! but I regret now.!! So trying to educate other new collector so they can learn from my mistake or just can think about it.!!

When new collector see this price and find it cheaper on eBay or delcampe they think it as a very good price.!!

Also this kind of pricing makes them think GANDHI stamp collection is incredible were FDC and FFC prices are very high.!!

But they might don't know that this is one of the way to cheat.!!

Do you think this are valued what seller is asking for ?

I don't think so.!!

So stay away from any Gandhi First day cover when they are asking more than $5.!!  except India Gandhi FDC were the price should not be more than $2 except 1948 Gandhi FDC.

So BEWARE what you are collecting and why are you collecting and at what price.!!

Olympics stamps Einstein stamps : Look what happen to RARE stamp.!!

Hello Gandhi Stamp collectors,

I can't BELIEVE it.!!

Nicaragua miniature stamp sheet with Einstein stamp and Gandhi stamp with borders related to 1980 Olympic, 1979 UNICEF was sold under $1.!!

If you think about this combination of famous people"Mahatma Gandhi and Elbert Einstein", world orginistation "UNICEF", special events "1980 Olympic" "Ano De La Liberacion", famous place "Taj Mahal" it makes very UNIQUE stamp.

But this combination will make fight in different thematic collection to buy it.!!! and so the price will also go up.!!

In past this stamp was sold for $6, but this is the new low. You can read my other blog post about Nicaragua stamps with ERROR in Einstein stamp, Olympic stamp, UNICEF stamp.!!

This combination stamp was one time regarded as RARE error stamp as very few stamp were available, but in last 2-3 years there are more than 1000 were for sale.!!

You will see this stamp sheet selling for $10-15, but it's nothing but SHILL Bidding (where seller, bids on his own item or relatives/friends help o increase price).

But forget about shill bidding, according to me this is not an ERROR stamp to begin with because it was made for ERROR(deliberate act).

You can also find this Einstein stamp and Olympic stamp with Gandhi stamp on FORGERY FDC.!! Interesting blog post to read about how easy it is to find forgery.

Nicaragua Einstein stamp F.D.C with Nicaragua Olympic and Gandhi stamp was sold for $113.!! Not sure whether it's GENUINE!!

As you know small countries in the world out source there stamp printing to dealers which provide them stamps for there country need and dealers sell to outside world as a collector item. And this dealers will do different creative printing and following is one of them.!!

There is no value in this kind of stamps as it is a deliberate printing to make error.  In past we had seen this kind of printing (overprinting) from Nicaragua as well as other countries such as Cameroon.

So beware what you collect other wise you will have some valueless item in your collection. (I have one in mine.!!)

So BEWARE what you are collecting and why are you collecting and at what price.!!

India Error stamps : Is stamp printing as well as QUALITY Assurance really this BAD in INDIA??

Hello Gandhi Collectors,

After looking above stamps from India, I started wondering about India stamp printing industry and overall India QUALITY standard.

Is it really this bad.? Do Indian companies pay attention to QUALITY?

After looking this stamps to me it look like there were less error stamps 100 years ago during British India stamps and looks like some smaller African  countries will perform way better then what we see in above picture.

India stamps are printed by Government of India with all kind of latest technology.  So why this kind of ERROR stamps?

Whole world is talking about India as SUPER POWER in 2050 but after looking this kinds of stamps I wonder all this claim are invalid.!!

So what are this stamps? (Error or FORGERY)

Is it forgery stamps made on facsimile or Replica stamps as PERF ERROR?

We all know what's going in Gandhi Fake and Forgery stamps selling as facsimile, replica, copy, reprint etc but we don't see this many error.!!! Even fake and forgery looks like Genuine so why this Genuine stamps has lot of miscut perf error.!!

To me it needs to be throughly investigate because I had seen more than 1000 Gandhi stamps from India with PERF error or chemical color faded, sunlight exposure to certain parts of stamps or extra color ink etc.!!

Also in past we had seen Gandhi ERROR stamps which might be created with CHEMICAL usage such as bleach or Overexposure to sunlight etc.  In past I wrote about "How to Create Gandhi Error stamps"

http://gandhistampsclub.blogspot.com/2012/06/gandhi-1948-stamps-fake-postage-stamps.html

If dealers can print and perforated perfectly then they can also print various stamps of India and miscut PERF and create ERROR stamps of India.!!

Don't you think this is possible!?

Now after reading my both blog post don't you think this ERROR stamps from India are not GENUINE.!! (I am not expert but I can still think. You don't have to believe me as you have to pay money.!!)

So BEWARE what you are collecting and why are you collecting and at what price.!!

Great Britain stamps FDC : First day covers only for 26 cents.!!

Hello Gandhi Philatelist,

Looks like future of philatelist looks very deem after looking following auction on eBay.

Reason for this that 20 Great Britain FDC including 1969 Mahatma Gandhi stamp first day covers were sold for $5.20. Yes $5.20, which means that one F.D.C was sold for 26 cents.

Some of the GB first day covers have multiple stamps and it also include dual stamp of Prince Charles and Diana stamp, but still it's not appreciating.!!

So now don't you think stamp collection hobby is decline than faster pace then we think.!!

Great Britain stamps - Mauritius stamps : A classic examples of FORGED philatelic materials.

Hello Gandhi Philatelist,

A Postal Index Number or PIN or Pincode is the post office numbering or post code system used by India Post, the Indian postal administration. PIN stands for Postal Index Number and the code is 6 digits long. The PIN was introduced on August 15, 1972. (Source : Wikipedia)
In past we had seen early usage of India pin code (zip code) on cover with Mauritius Gandhi stamp used in 1969.!! Click following link to read my previous blog about Mauritius Gandhi stamp early pin code usage.

Early usage means that it was used even before pin code was introduce.!! Following is a new edition in early usage of pin code on cover with stamps of Great Britain used on December 1969.!!

Looks like cachet of Mahatma Gandhi on this cover is also printed on modern printer.

But interesting thing is that feedback of seller "stamps8478" .!! It's zero .!!  So seller can hide identity!!

Now don't you think it as sophisticated method of selling philatelic material.!! Following examples might help you.

In past early usage pin codecover were sold by "Theodorerhys". But more important thing is look at the buyer "0261orthod" and "kad_ss".!! It was sold for 10 pounds.!!

There is also one more seller "theobargain" who also sells this kinds of material from Mauritius.

Also Register rubber stamp is FORGED too.!!

Reason for this kind of activity happens because there is no one to monitor or to investigate.!! So all collectors are on your own.!! Also lot of SHILL Bidding happens in Gandhi Philatelic material as well as other Indian Philatelic material so BEWARE.

Following cover was bought by "kad_ss" for only $2 even though it is complete usage of miniature sheet.!!

INTERNATIONAL PHILATELIC EXHIBITION : Fake and Forgery !!

Hello Gandhi Philatelist,

Recently I saw aerogramme from India of 20 paise face value which was used in 2009 during Germany stamp exhibition. Not sure when this aerogramme was issued but I am sure that 20 paise was not postal rates in 2009.!!

But this aerogramme is not used in India but it was used in Germany and looks like there was no Germany stamps on it. Do you think this is possible.?

Another thing I notice that there are 3 rubber stamps on this aerogramme and it was mailed to Germany address. Don't you think this is made to attract more thematic collectors.!!

As we all know that Gandhi cancellation from IBRA Germany stamp exhibition in Essen, Germany from 6th - 10th May 2009, is not official cancellation as it was not issued by Germany postal department or Indian Postal department or not even Embassy of India. (India Greets IBRA 2009 Stamp Exposition. Nothing to do with Indian Government welcoming.!!)

Following is just a rubber stamp (like kids use for art work), so don't think it's one of a kind or RARE etc.

Now look at the following screenshot and you will see that there is no interest in this kind of philatelic material as it was sold for $10 and only one bidder.!!

But more interesting fact is that the other 2 cancellation from Germany postal department. One is just regular postal cancellation date 23-7-2009 and other is special cancellation with picture of Louis Bleriot from Nuremberg.

So how this is POSSIBLE?

In previous similar cover it has a Germany stamp and cancellation from International Philatelic exhibition IBRA 2009, but this one don't even have German stamp and also RED Color barcode which we also see in FAKE 2009 International Day of Non violence special cancellation from Germany.!!

You can read about this cover in my previous blog post by clicking following link.
http://gandhistampsclub.blogspot.com/2010/03/germany-special-gandhi-postmark-cancel.html

I see this kind of pattern of using RUBBER stamp and making philatelist to think that this are GENUINE   cancellation and make money from this.

Also in 2009 there was another FAKE cancellation from Winnenden, Germany issued to celebrate Mahatma Gandhi International Day of Non-Violence.!!

Following is FAKE special cancellation of Gandhi and Emblem of India. (Not forged because it does not exist.!!)

Cover is made without permission of Germany postal department and Emblem of India was used without permission of Indian Embassy Germany or Government of India.!!

Don't it look like postally used.!! or travel through postal stream.!! with red  color barcode.!!

Click following link to read more about

1)  FAKE cancellation issued to celebrate Non-Violence Day for Winneden School Masscare.!!
2) It's back again!! Winneden school massacre special cancellation.

I am not sure whether philatelic organiser or judges check all kinds of Forgery and FAKES in philatelic exhibition, because in past I read that philatleic exhibit with kind of special cancellation won  awards.!!

9) Gandhi SERVICE overprint stamp price fell from $1009 to $1.!!
10) How can you tell that Gandhi SERVICE stamp is FAKE or Forgery ?

I hope all the above will help while making decision in investing stamps and to avoid getting CHEATED.!!

Now don't you think it does NOT make sense STAMP INVESTING!!

Also don't you think it does NOT make sense to collect all thematic stamps because it will keep coming.!!
