International Day of Non-Violence

Hello Gandhi Philatelist,

Beware of October 2nd.!!

Interenational Day of Non-Violence or Gandhi Jayanti is coming and chances of BOGUS philatelic material are be very high.!!

The United Nations’ (UN) International Day of Non-Violence is a global observance that promotes non-violence through education and public awareness. It is annually held on October 2 to coincide with renowned Indian leader Mahatma Gandhi’s birthday.

This day is referred to in India as Gandhi Jayanti and it is very important date for all people around world who believes in Non Violence, Human Rights, Truth and all other Mahatma Gandhi's Principle.

There will be lot of prayers, peace walk, Mahatma Gandhi statue unveiling etc. all around the world to celebrate this date.

But it is also most awaited date for  stamp collectors/dealers who wants to make money from you and make there living!!  by selling RARE stamps and philatelic material, So BEWARE.!!

Stamp Collectors/dealers will go to any extent to make money and they don't care of anybody's feelings. This BOGUS special cancellation was made on 2nd October, 2009 on occasion of international non-violence day as a protest against the massacre which took place on 11th March 2009 in Winnenden High School in which 16 students and teachers were killed.!!

I contacted local stamp collectors and philatelist, but no one in Winnenden knows about this special cancellation and they were all surprised that it was made to protest against massacre.!!

Just to make money they will find out any cause to justify  and make this Bogus cancellation!!

Now we all know that following is one of the classic BOGUS philatelic material made (not issued) on October 2nd from Winnenden Germany was issued in 2009 with Gandhi image and illegal use of Emblem of India.

Here 2 issues needs to take care of.

1) Illegal use of Emblem of India
2) Illegal use of Gandhi Image for forgery.

If you draw cartoon insulting Emblem of India then you will be arrested, but no one cares about this illegal use of India's Emblem.!!

If you are not aware of this BOGUS cancellation was made (not issued) on 2nd October to celebrate International Day of Non Violence then click following link to read about my investigation along with proof from Germany Postal department.

This Bogus rubber stamp cancellation cover (Extremely Rare) is still available on eBay seller "ashokmehta1955" for $60. Following is the link if you want to buy it.!!

If you sell some other forgery item such as Rolex watches or Burberry/Coach ladies purses then eBay will shutdown your store and also take legal action by blocking paypal account and all kind of legal issue, because this multinational companies want to stop this forgery item so their brand is not affected.

But in stamp collection, no one cares.!! So you can make forgery without any legal issue and still make your living by selling this kinds of extremely rare stamps philatelic material, which don't even cost more than $10 to make rubber stamp and just start applying it not only on envelope, but also to postal receipt or international reply coupon or letterhead or stamp used abroad etc.!!

Don't you think it's easy to make money by selling rare stamps cancellation !? I think so as maker of this cover did not spend more than $1 to make it and now asking for $60.!! (BTW : It came down from $100 selling price.!!)

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Germany-2009-Gandhi-Cancel-Cover-Extremely-Rare-/110879169117?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item19d0e9da5d
But while doing detail in-depth research on this special cancellation I was surprised when I saw same hand writing (now I am also hand writing verification expert) on different register cover from Patna, India send to same town in Germany.

So I am not sure whether this BOGUS special cancellation rubber stamp was made in Germany or made in Patna.?

Also you can compare hand writing in following image of register cover send from Patna to 71409, Schwaikheim and other words and alphabets.!!

According to my assumption, I think BOGUS philatelic material of Gandhi was made on October 2nd might be from Patna, because we can consider register cover with label on Taj Mahal stamp from India might be genuine, or same person might have written from both places.

Or might be from Schwaikhein, Germany who might have send hand written cover to Patna for register mail and mailed it from Patna, G.P.O post office.

To me it looks like there are multiple people(gang) are involved in this Bogus philatelic cover in multiple countries were one make this cover, some famous collector will glorify by exhibiting in stamp exhibition, and someone will sell it at very high price!!

Following is one more example and you can find lot more. Let me know if you need to see wide range as now I am also hand writing verified expert and I need to keep all that screenshot I see it on eBay or Delcampe auction site.!!

This are not rare stamps as you can see 4 covers are already mentioned here with different address of Winnenden & Schwaikhein in Germany and there is rubber stamp out there!!

Also not sure whether owner of this address know's that they received this kind of mail or  this was stolen from mailbox in Winnenden & Schwaikhein, or it's just write down any address near by and start selling such as we see all the time post to Prime Minister of Nepal or Prime Minster of India.!!

This BOGUS cancellation with illegal use of Emblem of India and Gandhi image issued from Winnenden to celebrate Non-Violence of Winnenden high school massacre which occurred on March 11th, 2009. Do you think it make sense to issue this kind of cancellation?

So what do you think about origin of this BOGUS rubber stamp?

Patna or Winnenden ?

Don't you think Gandhi Stamps Collection is suspense where world famous detective Sherlock Holmes will also get confused.!!

BTW : Want to know more about this kind of activity read my following blog post and think what are the possibilities in postal history of cheating, glorification, SHILL bidding, FAKE, Forgery etc.

INDIA STAMPS : CHEATING IN STAMP COLLECTION

Hello Gandhi Philatelist,

You might be thinking and wondering after reading my some of the blog post that "Is there anything Genuine in Gandhi stamp collection !! ?"

And again my answer will be NO.!! If you read all my blog post than you will also agree with me.!!

There is nothing Genuine in Gandhi stamps collection.!! Everything is FAKE or FORGERY or BOGUS and a big SCAM.!!

1) Either it is Forgery stamps (facsimile or replica) are sold as genuine.
2) Either it is a forgery rubber stamp sold as genuine (private first day cover)
3) BOGUS special cancellation are sold as rare cancellation
4) Forgery stamps are used on philatelic cover.
5) Price are artificially increased by SHILL bidding or not paying genuine buyer.
6) There are lot more....

Following are my some recent blog post which will explain why I am telling you that nothing is GENUINE in Gandhi stamps and philately.

..... and 450+ blog post.!!

As you know that I am strong believer of Forgery in private first day cover (without special cancellation) as it's very easy to make rubber stamp and to me this ALIPORE is one of that.

Even special cancellation issued in 1948 is also available in forgery. Read my following post to know more about Jai Hind special cancellation.

You don't know what happen 65+ years ago so you can make any rubber stamp and applied it on any unused cover or even official cover.

Recently I was surprised when I saw India stamps of Mahatma Gandhi on First Day Cover FDC issued in 1948 with cancellation (rubber stamp) of Alipore from eBay seller "robamery" of South Africa.

http://offer.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewBids&_trksid=p2047675.l2565&rt=nc&item=321207891613

By making forgery or bogus philatelic material by some visionary collector who wants to make you collect thematic of 1948 India stamps of Gandhi with postmark (rubber stamp) cancellation from various cities of India and also travel to various countries of world.!!

As you know that I am exposing illegal activity about Gandhi stamps and Philatelic material on my blog and this is one more.!!

As per following screenshot India stamps of Mahatma Gandhi on FDC was sold for $76.55 on September 21, which was yesterday.

But this same FDC is for sale again at starting price of $50.!! were as in previous auction it was 99 cents.!!

I will not even buy this kind of private rubber stamp cover for even 99 cents.!!

Not sure what happen, but it's back for sale, which is common practice for any Gandhi philatelic material. In my opinion it looks like buyer  from UK with eBay member id  "santi-2011" did not paid to seller.

It's a worthless cover but bidders increased price upto $77.!! and did not paid. Also chances of Shill bidding are also high in Gandhi Philatelic material even if it forgery or bogus in order to glorify and you might think that it is one of the most popular thing to collect and also investment appreiciate, but that not the case.

Look at the comment given by seller "robamery" to buyer.

This is nothing new in Gandhi 1948 India stamps.

But also chances of a philatelic game is played here, where knowingly some collector/dealer will try to raise price in order to glorify Indian stamps philatelic material which is also common practice.

So what do you think about this India stamps ?

This is very common when you collect India King George stamps, King Edward stamps, Queen Victoria stamps, 1911 First Aerial Mail from Allahabad, Mahatma Gandhi 1948 and lot more.!!

Following is the bidding details were 8 bidders wants this and 15 bids were placed.!!

Don't you think eBay shareholder (including me) are losing money by this kind of activity where seller is using all eBay infrastructure such as server space, network utilization, application usage etc.?

I think so!!

To me it's nothing but this is happening in all expensive philatelic material when price is more than $2-3 because that's the only way to increase price and glorify stamp collection, so they can mention that price of Gandhi stamps or China stamps are going up and it's for investment.

But it's not philatelic material but piece of paper!!

What do you think about this India stamps ?

There are several FDC  with ALIPORE cancellation on India stamp of Gandhi as if someone own's it.

Following is one of them which is for sale at $1299 from India eBay seller id "rohit98103".

So what do you think about this India stamps of Gandhi on FDC.

One more ALIPORE rubber stamp first day cover of India stamps with Gandhi 1948 India stamps was available from eBay seller id "blue_guy_1234" was offered  for $3000.!!

I will not even pay $30 for this FDC because chances of forgery stamps and forged cancellation. Even if it is genuine it does not justify as collecting item because there was special "Jai Hind" cancellation issued for this FDC so it's nothing but glorification of this private fdc.!!

Now do you understand why India stamp price is higher ?

1) Shill Bidding.
2) Selling from different countries by opening account on eBay.!! This covers are selling from South Africa, India and Oregon, USA.!!
2) Buyer don't pay to seller by increasing price. Read following link to see other cheating activity.

http://gandhistampsclub.blogspot.com/2013/08/postal-history-cheating-in-indian-stamp.html

Also forgery philatelic material

1) Forged rubber stamp ( e.g Governor General cancellation used on Gandhi SERVICE stamp)
2) Forged stamp on philatelic material with forged rubber stamp (
3) Bogus special cancellation (Germany 2009 cancellation from Winnenden, Germany)
4) Forged stamps (facsimile, replica) used on philatelic material.

To know more about this kind of activity read my following blog post and think what are the possibilities in postal history of cheating, glorification, SHILL bidding, FAKE, Forgery etc.

1) 1948 India Stamps False hope of Riches?
2) 1948 India Gandhi Stamps: Are False hope of Riches - Part II ?
3) 1948 India Gandhi Mourning Private FDC : Are False hope of Riches - Part III?
4) 1948 India Expensive Gandhi FDC : Are False hope of Riches - Part IV?
5) 1948 Gandhi Stamps Early Usage cover :  Gandhi Stamps Are False hope of Riches - Part V?
6) Maxi Card sold for $5100 with 1948 India Gandhi Stamps - False hope of Riches - Part VI?
7) Indian Philately Exposed
8) Indian Philately Exposed - Part II
9) Gandhi SERVICE India stamps overprint stamp price fell from $1009 to $1.!!
10) How can you tell that Gandhi SERVICE stamp is FAKE or Forgery ?

I hope all of the above will help you to make decision in investing stamps and to avoid getting CHEATED.!!

NOW DO YOU KNOW WHAT IS CHEATING IN STAMP COLLECTION SPECIALLY IN INDIA STAMPS ?

Thanks

Mauritania Africa stamps : How to CHEAT other stamp collectors ??

Hello Gandhi stamps collectors,

In my previous post I wrote about "UAE Dubai stamp exhibition : HOW TO MAKE YOUR LIVING ON STAMP COLLECTORS ?".

This is one more way to make living on stamp collectors is by cheating.!!

Recently I saw Mauritania Africa 1969 stamps of Mahatma Gandhi and Martin Luther King stamps on postal history used airmail cover to USA, was for auction AGAIN from eBay seller "qualitycc" of Canada.

Also not sure whether this is genuine used cover or forgery or bogus cover with fake rubber stamp applied on any piece of paper.!!

On August 25th it was sold to eBay buyer "RTHAPER"  from India for $48 who is eBay member since 2006,  but  looks like he/she did not paid to seller and it's again back on eBay.!!

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=141041151184

If you try to sell this just stamps then you will not find buyer or it will sell under $1. But if you use this stamps and apply some kind of forgery rubber stamp then it can fetch $48 also.!!

But this blog post is  not about forgery of rubber stamp but it's FORGERY or ILLEGAL way to increase price, by not paying to seller and try to Cheat others by showing all the glorification.!!

By doing this they are either Glorifying stamp collection or increasing value of their collection.

Click  this link (click here) to see eBay feedback given by "rthaper" to "qualitycc" and find other similar transaction.!!

There were only 2 bidders interested in this Mauritania Africa stamp cover send to USA and "rthaper" won this auction by bidding at last moment using SNIPING tool, which bids for you at last moment.

But when SNIPER bids using sniping he/she don't bid at all, which is not a case here.!! (Disclosure:- I also using Sniping tool to bid on auction).

But sometimes you will get cheated in this also by some cheater will bid very high and will not pay to seller. !!

Now if you see feedback given by "rthaper" "PERFECT TRANSACTION A+++" you will find that eBay transaction really went through but it's not that case.!!

By doing this kind of activity eBay shareholder (Disclosure : I am eBay shareholder) are at lost because they don't commission on this type of sell as

1) Buyer and seller mutually withdraw winning auction and get commission back.
2) Buyer don't pay and seller open case with eBay and get commission back.

This is a very common practice in Gandhi stamps collection or any other collection were price is increased artifically by all kind of ILLEGAL methods.

1) Shill Bidding
2) Not paying to seller (PERFECT TRANSACTION A+++)
3) Even buyer open case of not getting delivery (specially in India, Russia and some Asian countries).!!

Don't you think eBay buyer "rthaper" is also doing similar things on his other winning auction.??

I think so.!!

So beware of STAMP COLLECTION specially when you collect Gandhi stamps or any British India stamps.!!

It has nothing but each and every kind of illegal means to GLORIFIED!! so some collectors can live their living on us!!

Thanks
Gandhi Stamps Club.

Update :-
On 9/24/13 this was again for sale.!!

UAE Dubai stamp exhibition : HOW TO MAKE YOUR LIVING ON STAMP COLLECTORS ?

Hello Gandhi Philatelist,

We all know how much we all love money, and if we get money by without doing lot of work, we will be more happy and will become richer faster.!!!

That's why people rob bank or rob someone's money or gold from people or try to sell forgery or bogus items such as Gucci ladies purse or Rolex watch or Nike shoes. But  there are chances of getting caught by police or this brand name companies keep monitoring eBay about who is selling forged items and nail this seller and take legal action against them.

But if you make a forged or bogus philatelic material, cheaters/robbers will not get caught because no one monitor stamps and philatelic material selling on eBay as it is issued by public government agency.!!

And that's the reason we saw nothing but forgery or bogus philatelic material made by just applying rubber stamp on some cover or on old used cover. !!

Now look at the following philatelic cover with UAE stamps, UAE personalised stamps, UAE 2006 Dubai stamp exhibition cancellation and Gandhi image rubber stamp

But rubber stamp of Mahatma Gandhi image on it which has nothing to do with stamp exhibition, but someone is  trying to make money from you by just applying some personalized stamp with rubber stamp of Gandhi image.!!

It's selling for $75.!! which is lot of money for some countries. !! ( $75 is more than monthly salary for more than 100+ countries in the world including India.!!)

So instead of working whole month you can make $75, by just selling one BOGUS  philatelic cover with UAE stamps, UAE personalised stamps, UAE 2006 Dubai stamp exhibition cancellation and Gandhi image rubber stamp, which might only cost $1 or $2!!

So don't you think, instead of working whole month you can live your living by making some forged or bogus philatelic material which will be rare and will enough money for some of the countries like India or Nepal.!!

Look at following bogus philatelic material and you decide what is the GANDHI image rubber stamps on UAE 2006  philatelic cover with UAE stamps, UAE personalised stamps and  UAE 2006 Dubai stamp exhibition cancellation.

We all know how easy is to make rubber stamp and apply on cover or piece of paper.!!

Read and compare my following blog post about  BOGUS FORGED Gandhi stamps and philatelic cancellation with rubber stamp applied on piece of paper or envelope and trying to MAKE huge money instead of selling just MINT stamps or making BOGUS or Forgery philatelic material, which are sold from $100 -$1000. Also some are selling for more than $15000+!!!

All of the above are BOGUS or FORGED or possible Bogus or Forged rubber stamps applied on piece of paper or envelope and some of them are even 100+ years old.!!

Now look at above UAE 2006 Dubai Exhibition Gandhi Stamp Cancel cover selling on eBay by "ashokmehta1955" from India which is selling for $75.!!

After reading my above blog post and seeing images, does it make sense that it's a genuine rubber stamp of Gandhi cancellation issued by UAE postal department ? If it is not from postal department then it's not official.!!

My personal opinion is, it's just a rubber stamp (art work) not special cancellation of Gandhi issued by UAE government postal department.!!

But it's your money and you need to decide after reading my above mentioned blog post as your opinion counts not mine, because it's your hard earned money and you don't want to rip-off !!

Bermuda KG VI stamps - King George stamps

 Hello Stamp Collectors,

We all know what precise quality is made in forgery stamps which will be very hard to identify because there are very rare to compare with so you will think forgery as genuine itself.!!

Following is  King George stamp but it is replica and if seller don't mention it then you will think it as genuine without a doubt.

So what are chances of this stamp sold as Mint stamp or what are chances this stamp is selling used stamps after applying forged rubber stamp or what are chances this stamps selling on used register cover or piece of paper.!!

I think that's the only use of this kind of replica or facsimile or forgery stamps as no one like to collect FORGERY.!!

Now if you see following set of King George stamps aka KG stamps which are selling as genuine by eBay seller "dkkphila". There is no way you can tell forgery if you don't know what is going in stamp collection.

Read following blog post about REPLICA, COPY, FACSIMILE etc British India King George stamps or KG VI stamps which are or can be selling as genuine and it will be even hard to believe that it's not genuine stamps.

.
.
. . . . there are many read all my blog post and prevent yourself from getting CHEATED.!!

There are very rare quantity or almost to nothing available as mint stamps as it takes lot of money to invest in 1900 for stamps and it will be only with elite collectors which usually don't sell it.

It's a common practice to sell replica stamps or facsimile stamps as genuine for any MINT stamps of King George stamps (KG V stamps) or King Edward stamps (KED stamsp)  or Queen Victoria stamps (QV stamps)  and 1948 Gandhi 10 Rupees stamps from India.

Now compare above stamps of KG stamps of 10 shillings and you decide what are chances that some higher value forgery stamps are mixed with this lot.

Yes KG replica stamp is selling only for $3.

So what do you think about following Bermuda KG VI stamps from eBay seller "dkkphila" for $260? I think this is rip-off price because stamp hobby itself is declining.!!

My personal opinion is it's forgery stamps (facsimile or replica stamps) or some stamps might be mix with genuine!!

But it's your money and you need to decide after reading my above mentioned blog post as your opinion counts not mine, because it's your hard earned money and you don't want to rip-off !!

Also think stamp hobby is declining more than anything in the world so BEWARE what you jumping into.!!

Thanks

PHILATELIC HANDBOOK : CAN YOU TRUST ?

Hello Gandhi Philatelist,

After finding incorrect information in Gandhi Handbook, I was more curious about this Gandhi Handbook more than ever.

You can read my blog post about Philatelic Gandhi handbook by clicking following link to understand about this Philatelic handbook blog.

Not only that now everyone needs to look at other Philatelic handbook in similar way because chances are higher of forgery or Bogus philatelic material might have enter in philatelic book because any philatelist can give their material to philatelic handbook publisher in order to glorify.

There is no way author can verify the authenticity of all the philatelic material as it will be very very difficult to get information about certain material as this might be BOGUS since begin with and it might be glorified years ago.

Also I found out that my write up in blog and Gandhi Handbook differs in lot of philatelic material.!! So I am not sure who is right and who is wrong.

I am not here trying to prove right or wrong, but my only goal or aim is to educate if any new stamp collectors who are trying to collect stamps and philatelic material so they know where they are jumping.!!

Any ways there are very few new stamp collectors are jumping in this stamp collection because it's does not make sense in this current high tech world with all kinds of technology available such as internet, video games, online social media such as facebook, twitter etc and there is very less time for new generation to do this 150 year old hobby.

I have this Gandhi philatelic handbook with me for 3+ years but it never motivated me to read in depth because it has nothing but photographs/images without any detail description, but now I am reading it.

I had no intention to buy this book 3+ years ago, but on advice of one of the famous Gandhi collector I bought it and now I regret it because according to me it's nothing but glorification of Gandhi stamps and to me some of philatelic material does not make sense.

So from that experience I never trusted philatelist advice, because they gave advice for their own benefit.!! It's hard to understand initially but eventually I figured it out.

They divert me to look in to this Gandhi Philatelic handbook and try to buy some of the BOGUS philatelic material.

This was not first time a Gandhi Philatelist (stamp dealer/seller) who try to cheat me.!! Previously other Gandhi stamp collector try to increase price on which I was bidding it.!! Read following blog post to understand one of the CHEATING method in Gandhi philately as well as might be in other philatelic collection.

In this Gandhi Handbook there is information about Mali 1978 Gandhi First Day cover, stamp and Imperf stamps.

Following is image from Gandhi Handbook about Mali Gandhi stamps which cover more about Imperf stamps than regular stamp and first day cover.!!

In past I had wrote about this Mali Gandhi first day cancellation as Forgery on Maximum card, because it does not make sense when you compare it with other Mali first day cover. Also it differs from 1969 Gandhi First day cover from Mali.

So this Gandhi Handbook does not have information about about both type of cancellation and it will be very hard to find out which is Genuine and which one is forged.!!

Or both are forged.!! As I cannot go back and trace information about 35+ years ago.!! I have to depend on philatelist or some kind of magazine. Also Mali is small country in Africa and you all know what's happening there.!!

In past I claimed following left hand cancellation FORGED or BOGUS where as other two as genuine.!!

Following is my blog post where  I mentioned one of this cancellation as forgery on Gandhi Max card.

From following two images can you tell me which is genuine and which is forgery or both are genuine or both are forged.!!

According to me right hand side and center one is GENUINE and other on left side is FORGERY/BOGUS.

I am not sure where to do research because there is incomplete information in Gandhi Handbook where one of the first day cover is missing and I proclaimed that as a genuine when I compared with 1969 Mali Gandhi first day cover.

Any reference book such as encyclopedia, dictionary , handbook etc were general people look for more research, but when this reference books are incorrect then it's very hard to trust that material.

There is no way to find information from Mali government or Mali philatelist because in 1969 it was very  hard to contact and  communicate like I did for BOGUS Germany 2009 Gandhi special cancellation on personal/customized stamp from Winneden Germany.!!

Also chance of archival of any data from Mali government will be impossible.

We all know how easy is to make rubber stamp and apply on cover or piece of paper.!! Following are some of them.!!

Read and compare my following blog post about  BOGUS FORGED Gandhi stamps and philatelic cancellation with rubber stamp applied on piece of paper or envelope and trying to MAKE huge money instead of selling just MINT stamps.!!

All of the above are BOGUS or FORGED or possible Bogus or Forged rubber stamps applied on piece of paper or envelope.!!

So which is genuine cancellation on Mali Gandhi FDC and which is forgery or both are forgery.!! ?

Let me know if you have any information about Gandhi Mali 1978 first day cover so I can update my blog after throughly verification of information provider.

Would you trust Gandhi Handbook for your collection ?

My personal opinion is " I don't trust Gandhi Handbook" because it don't have enough written information about philatelic material mentioned in the book as chances of Bogus and Forgery material might have been published unknowingly.

Don't you think it's very complicated to collect stamps and philatelic material.!!

Philatelic Handbook can be trusted ?

Thanks

Bhutan Embossed stamps : What a RIP-OFF pricing for stamp collection ?

Hello Ghandi stamps collectors,

We all know how seller/dealers try to make you fool or try to cheat you. When I saw $90 price tag for Bhutan Embosed stamp I cannot believe it that seller are still trying to fool collectors.

Following is one of the example were eBay seller "sydneystampcentre" is trying to reap money from your pocket.

He is selling Bhutan Embossed stamps of Churchill, Gandhi, Pope and others for $90.  This is nothing but reaping off collectors who are just new to stamp collection.

Also look at the incorrect spelling in title "Bhutan Embosed Heads Curchill, Pope, Ghandi" ? This is one more way to fool collectors!!

This stamps are unique but not RARE as it's available in large quantity right now at very nominal price and still there are no buyers.

http://gandhistampsclub.blogspot.com/2011/10/bhutan-gandhi-stamps-don-think-gandhi.html

So after looking price of $3 per set what do you think about this price of Bhutan Embosed stamps : Churchill - Curchill stamps and Gandhi - Ghandi stamps?

Don't you think it completely ripping off if you are not aware of what's going in stamp collection ?

Also look at the following screenshot where Germany eBay seller "allstamps4you" is selling embossed stamps first day cover for $47.!!

I am not sure whether this is Genuine or Forgery or Bogus, because this embossed stamp first day cover with April 22 date is not mentioned in Gandhi Handbook.

Not sure whom to believe as there are 2 different date first day cover available with Bhutan embossed stamp. One is with April 22 and other is April 17.

To me this look genuine but who knows what happened in 1972.?

It's not only in just stamps but FORGERY FDC with stamps are also available. If you are not aware of forgery  and bogus then click followign link to read my previous blog post.

http://gandhistampsclub.blogspot.com/2012/11/churchill-kennedy-gandhi-bhutan-stamp.html

http://gandhistampsclub.blogspot.com/2013/05/john-kennedy-stamp-jfk-stamp-winston.html

So now what do you think about seller and Bhutan Embosed stamps : Churchill - Curchill stamps and Gandhi - Ghandi stamps ?

POSTAL HISTORY OF INDIA : DOES IT MAKE SENSE TO COLLECT STAMPS ?

Hello Gandhi stamp collectors,

Mahatma Gandhi's one of the favorite Hymns  was "SABKO SANMATI DE BHAGWAN" means – Bless everyone with this very wisdom that we are all the product of the same Holy Spirit and that all of us strive towards the path of righteousness and virtue.

January 30, 1949 which was first death anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, which was Sunday and as per my research post office in India are closed on Sunday.

There was only one day exception which was 15 August 1948 which was first anniversary of India Independence and first ever stamp of Mahatma Gandhi was issued on that date.

So what are this rubber stamp of  BOMBAY R.M.S with January 30th 1949 and "SABKO SANMATI DE BHAGWAN"

Is it FORGERY or BOGUS.?

In past I wrote about "SAB KO SANMATI DE BHAGWAN" and Bombay R.M.S rubber stamp

http://gandhistampsclub.blogspot.com/2013/05/sabko-sanmati-de-bhagwan.html (there are multiple rubber stamps!!, look difference between them closely.)

http://gandhistampsclub.blogspot.com/2013/06/bogus-or-forged-philatelic-material_13.html (look at the price of 3 covers. It's only $8 with 3 1948 Gandhi stamps and 3 different types of rubber stamp)

Recently I saw this combination of Bombay R.M.S and  "SAB KO SANMATI DE BHAGWAN"  sold for $51 which has only 3.5 annas stamps and no receiving (back) cancellation date stamp from Switzerland.

Look at who is bidding on this items ?

So now you have to decide after reading my previous blog post, what are all this postal history ?

Don't you think it's a Philatelic GAME  or SCAM?

http://gandhistampsclub.blogspot.com/2012/09/assem-trivedi.html

Don't you think it was IMAGINATION of some greedy collector to come up with idea to have this rubber stamp and fool collectors like me and you.!!

And after that this has being GLORIFIED by exhibiting it  or by writing on blog or philatelic handbook!

So what do you think about this Bombay R.M.S and "Sab ko Sanmati De Bhagwan" ?

Is it special cancellation we collect or just a rubber stamp which kids play with it.?

Thanks
