Nevis Gandhi Stamps : 1999 Gandhi Peace Stamp

Hello Gandhi Collectors,

Do you think value of this is 1999 miniature stamp sheet of Gandhi is $11.?

I don't think so.!! It's was just printed to make money.

Nevis is an island in the Caribbean Sea, located near the northern end of the Lesser Antilles archipelago, about 350 km east-southeast of Puerto Rico and 80 km west of Antigua. It has only 12000 people as per 2006 census.!!

The 93 km² island(207th in size) is part of the inner arc of the Leeward Islands chain of the West Indies. The capital of Nevis is Charlestown.

Do you think 12000 people need this miniature sheet.?

This kind of miniature sheet from smaller countries only looks good to you in your album In real philatelic value this is not valued at all even if it as error.!!

Look at following FDC which was not sold for $10 on ebay after 13+ years.

To me FDC look questionable same way like FDC from Sierra Leone, Grenada etc issued in 1998.!! FDC has cachet of space and Einstein.!!!

So to all new Gandhi Collectors beware about pricing before you buy otherwise you will regret, not only for this stamp but any Gandhi Stamps.

Do you think stamps are still for investment.?

Don't you think that is there any Genuine GANDHI philatelic material ever issued.!!! Most of the Gandhi stamps were issued in 1969 and during that time there were very less collectors so it is not enough for current needs of collectors.

Also I think because of recent popularity of Gandhi stamps there is a huge demand of it  so dealers and resellers (even printers) are trying to take benefit by issuing FAKE and Forgery material of some never issued stamps, FDC or Used Covers including Register Covers so Beware before you enter in to Gandhi Philately collection.!!
