EARLY USAGE OF INDIAN PINCODE - Classic FAKE philatelic item with Gandhi stamps from Mauritius.

Hello Gandhi Collectors,

A Postal Index Number or PIN or Pincode is the post office numbering or post code system used by India Post, the Indian postal administration. PIN stands for Postal Index Number and the code is 6 digits long. The PIN was introduced on August 15, 1972. (Source : Wikipedia)

Now if you see following screenshot you will be surprised and will be wondering what's going on in Gandhi Philately and specially in Mauritius stamps and covers.

Following two 1969  register cover to India has  PIN Code. I am not sure from where PIN code came from in 1969 as PIN Code was introduce in 1972.

This is classic example of FAKE or BOGUS philatelic material in Gandhi stamps.

You apply FORGED rubber stamp without thinking.!!

How seller or sender of this cover come up with  50016 Pincode?? (Also not sure 5 digit pincode is correct!!)

Also address on this REGISTER covers need to verify.!! I did some search on google and I can't find anything.!!

I will avoid this seller "THEODOREHYS" as well as everything related to above screen shots. Also did you notice the selling price is under $3.!!! So this means that some of the collectors knew about this kind of item and they don't bid on it.!!

Also my assumption is that there is SHILL bidding on this kind of items.!! So buy with extreme Caution.

Do you think BUYER is also not aware of this.?

Kad_ss buyer buys and sells lot of stamps!!

All Gandhi Mauritius Stamps needs to purchase carefully otherwise you will be victim of shill bidding.

So again to all new collectors like me BEWARE when you buy used covers. Ofcourse USED cover has more philatelic value than MNH stamps and that's the reason you see greedy dealer and collectors come out with different ideas to make money.

Or this is Gandhi philatelic ERROR.!!!

After reading above blog post don't you think similar pattern for making FDC or Max Card in Gandhi Philately.!! (It's a whole new topical Philately !! FAKE Gandhi thematic collection.!!)

This is how stamp printers and stamp dealers prosper!!

Again thanks for reading this blog post and  Please share your thoughts in the comments section.
