Stamps for INVESTMENT ?

Hello Gandhi Philatelist,

Is Gandhi stamps for Investment?

I don't think so!!

Because it does not make sense to invest in some private cover which are very hard to authenticate as lot of forgery are made to make money.

This forgery is nothing new and it's not only in Gandhi stamps but it's everywhere there is expensive stamps and philatelic material. Whether is King George stamps from India or 1911 First Aerial Mail from Allahabad or Lithuania philatelic cover or USED cover with Gandhi SERVICE stamp from India or any other expensive world wide stamps.

It's like Gucci or Burberry or Coach purse.!! when value is high there is always forgery.!! because it's easy to make money.

But in stamp it's very easy!! because printing technology is so advance that it require only printer to print stamps and cachet and rubber stamp are very easy to make.!!

Also this is government forgery so no one is going to complaint as in case of some brand name manufacture which are looking for this on eBay or other places.!!

Gucci or Burberry will cost $50 to make and hard to sell where as this kind of philatelic material will cost $5 to make and will get $500 or more.!! and easy to sell and no worry of getting legal action.!!

Some sells as Replica or Forgery or Facsimile or copy where as other don't mention that it's FAKE and sells "as per scan" or "sold as is" if it is GENUINE or RARE stamps.

Recently I saw above cover, 1948 first day cover with Gandhi stamps from India. This cover is not official issued by Post and Telegraph department of India and it does not have "Jai Hind" special cancellation.

So it's very hard to find out whether this is Genuine or Forgery because this can be done anytime by printing something about Gandhi and affixing 1948 stamp and make rubber stamp or go to post office and get it done.

So now I have a cover which cost me $10-15 and I can sell for $500 or more.!!

Let me make sure that I am not expert so I cannot tell whether following cover is Forgery or Genuine. So it's up to buyer to decide what they are bidding for or buying it.

Also in past we had seen forgery of even special cancellation on private first day cover so it's not big deal that special cancellation will also makes it as Genuine.!

To me it looks like lot of interest in this cover because there are 9 bidders (including me.!!) and 15 bids.!!

I bidded only 81 GBP but I think it's still too much. I know this cover will go higher because I saw in past seller "MAREVAL2" goes very high.!! and I had no doubt about it.

I will not pay more than $5 as a space filer.!! (But again that's my opinion)

Disclosure :- Don't know who "mareval2" is as I never bought anything from him.

But now look at the bidders. (all information is available openly to all public in the world.)

a***t (3372)
s***i (1151)
m***1 (482)
h***t (1785)

Don't we see them all the time bidding on Gandhi Stamps and Philatelic material.!! (You don't have to pay for just bidding it.!!)

Also you don't have to pay even if you are winner.!!

So it's very hard to find out whether this is real transaction or forgery in transaction also.!!

But who cares as eBay is making money on this kind of high value material and in future if value goes up USA will get federal tax from this kind of sale which is very much needed.!!

If "hitlerandgandhi" eBay buyer was active than this will go for $2000-$4000.!! and which is not good for Gandhi Philately.!! I hope he come back and start buying it like he did before when in a month he/she spend more that $25000 just on Gandhi philatelic material.

If you don't know about him than please click following link.

http://gandhistampsclub.blogspot.com/2012/04/india-stamps-1948-india-gandhi-stamps.html

But he never paid for some of the items.!!

Do you think we need him back as well as eBay.!!! so value of Gandhi Philatelic material goes up and eBay can get more commission.(only if he pays and don't return.!!)

So what do you think about this private first day cover with 1948 Gandhi stamps.?

Is it Genuine?

Is it worth $535!!

Do you think Gandhi Stamps are for investment ?

Again I am not expert or financial advisor so it's up to buyer to decide all this things.

But my personal view or my personal opinion is "NO".

Stay away from Expensive Gandhi Stamps with Error or Overprint or Panama or  all together or specially in 1948 Gandhi stamps and philatelic material.!!

Thanks
Gandhi Stamps Club.

Click following link to read my blog post and you decide whether it's for INVESTMENT or all is BOGUS.!!

First Aerial Post : India 1911 World 1st AERIAL POST ALLAHABAD

First Aerial Mail Post and Gandhi Stamps material SELLER.

FIRST AERIAL POST : INDIAN PHILATELY EXPOSED - PART III

INDIA STAMP FIRST AERIAL POST 1911 ALLAHABAD : Indian Philately Exposed - Part IV

First Aerial Post : Do you really think it's RARE and demands such a high price in philatelic collection? Is it valid in philatelic exhibition if postage stamps used is not valid ? or it's VALUE LESS.!!

Now First Aerial Mail cover is for sale by "buyersellers-australia", as World First Flight air mail cover, who is also selling Gandhi stamps philatelic material and no one is paying him after winning it (increasing price).!!!

Click following link to read it, because it's important to know in-depth when you collect stamps other wise you will be victim of SCANDAL.!!

Gandhi Stamps is "The Greatest Scandal in Stamp Collection" ?

You are WITNESSING "The Greatest Stamp Collection SCANDAL" ?

Think about current situation of India in 2013 and  think 102+ years ago.!! does it make sense World First flight cover can be flown from Allahabad which is about 1400 km from Bombay or 800 km from Calcutta which were/are two major ports which can bring air plane part to India.!! And after that transport to Allahabad will be nightmare.!!

This blog post is not to prove whether it was really flown, but it's about hiding bidders id.!!

Now let's see how this are glorified so you really think it's for INVESTMENT and motivate to buy or some financial advisors or financial analysts will show you return on investment on year over year basics and get your money!!

Everyone (buyer, seller, exhibitor, dealers, auction house, financial analyst) will prosper on you if you start collecting.!! and you will be also get involved in order to save your investment.!!

But I will also prosper because of my holding in eBay stock/shares.!!, as my company(as I own eBay stock) will get commission from this kind of transaction, if transaction is genuine (buyer paid to seller and no return.!!).

Now look at following eBay auction were seller "buyersellers-australia" is trying to hide bidders name by making auction listing as "private listing - bidders' identities protected" even though eBay don't display full name.!!

Not sure why seller wants to hide it.!!

In general humanity you hide when you are doing something wrong or involved in something illegal so people don't know know you.!!!

I personally will never bid or buy on an auction where the user names are blocked out, because it's nothing but CHEATING.!!

I did research about this "private listing - bidders' identities protected" and found out it's nothing but to hide all kind of FRAUDULENT activity such as SHILL Bidding etc. Click to read about it.

But strange thing is that this seller is  hiding eBay bidders id "private listing - bidders' identities protected" for First Aerial Mail were as other listing you can still see the eBay bidders.!! Both auctions are at same time and it's currently open for bidding.!!

Don't you suspect something when you see this kind of things.!!

In my previous blog post I mentioned about this seller "buyersellers-australia" auction where price was increased of Gandhi philatelic material and did not paid.

Click following link to read it and understand Scandal & Scam going in philatelic world, otherwise your INVESTMENT will be nothing but piece of paper, because majority of philatelic material is forgery or bogus which never exist.!!

Gandhi Stamps is "The Greatest Scandal in Stamp Collection" ?

You are WITNESSING "The Greatest Stamp Collection SCANDAL" ?

Do you believe that seller did not get paid for high priced item, but not once but twice within a week.!!

http://offer.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewBids&_trksid=p2047675.l2565&rt=nc&item=151160469025

Click following link to read my blog post and you decide whether you really want to be part of this kind of shady collection.!!

But did not notice from above blog post that all that previous seller  "stamp_bay" "upa-global" "ramesh_aha" "drpokiri" "wingwing888" are now not selling world first flight air mail cover.!!

Some of them were also selling 1948 Gandhi SERVICE stamps and Gandhi 10 Rupees FDC from India.!!

To me it looks like "private listing - bidders' identities protected" is to sell

1) Forgery cachet of 1911 first aerial mail from Allahabad  is for sale. (Not sure even this exist in 1911.!! Might be Bogus to begin with in 1911 and it's all glorified.!!)

2) Want to increase price and glorified India 1911 world first flight air mail cover!!

Do you really think this cover will bring commission to eBay and PayPal and will prosper eBay Shareholders.!!?

My personal opinion is no.!!

This means this is a great cheating not only to stamp collectors, but also to eBay Shareholders.? (Disclosure: I own eBay stock in personal account).

But as a collector it's your own money so you have to decide what is right for your collection.!!!

Thanks
